1.5 blocks to Scarborough beach, Narragansett, fenced in yard, AC - New Updates!

My family had a great two night stay at this property in early July. There were 9 adults and 2 young kids with plenty of space to hang out and sleep as the layout of the house is really well designed. The house was very clean and nicely decorated with an upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Minor wear and tear here and there but understandable as it’s a rental property. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and all the town and surrounding area has to offer nearby. We would love to stay here again in the future!

A really beautiful property in a fabulous location! Great fenced-in yes for the kids and a very short walk to the beach (that is visible from the front of the house)! The amenities were the best I’ve ever seen at any VRBO I have ever stayed at (and that’s a fair amount)! The property manager was amazing and responded immediately to any questions. We had the best time!

Great location, layout and look! You can see the ocean from the front porch, there was plenty of room for the multiple families we visited with and the shoreline decor was a nice touch.

This house was the perfect place for a girls weekend just a quick walk to the beach and a short drive to the block island ferry!! The host Robin is amazing!! The beds were so comfortable and the house was beautiful!

We loved this house - it was a great location, a few minute walk to the beach. The house had absolutely everything you need for a beach trip - there is a beach shed full of chairs, toys, and other equipment, so you do not need to bring anything with you to enjoy your stay. The house was well stocked, decorated in a cute but not cheesy beach theme, and very comfortable in late July with the central air! We are already talking about rebooking this property for a family trip with the kids because it was so much fun, and a great value for the price!

The house was great for our long weekend on the beach for my mom’s 80th birthday. We were able to walk to the beach, plenty of parking, the house was really clean and well stocked and roomy. A few minor issues like a ceiling fan and light fixture coming out of the ceiling slightly and as we were leaving the AC units not getting cool but we let the owner know about that. The owner was super responsive to all our questions and very accommodating. The fenced in backyard was perfect for hanging with the dog and kids when we were home and had a big dinner outside. She’d had plenty of beach equipment like wagons, beach toys and umbrellas. Overall a great rental.

This property is spacious, has all the amenities, and is perfect walking distance to the beach.

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. We are a family of five and we had my mother and nephew with us. Plenty of room here for all of us. The host Robin was very easy to communicate with regarding any questions I had. The house was well stocked and extremely clean. Beautiful location which was in walking distance to the beach. The host even provided beach towels and chairs with a cart to bring to the beach!! Just loved our stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future at this lovely house.
