15-Acre Retreat near Dtwn Tulsa & Skiatook Lake

EVERYTHING is great about this home. The hosts know exactly how to go above and beyond. This was our 4th year starting in the home and are making plans for the 5th!

This place has everything we could ever need and we can’t wait to come back. The hot tub is really nice and Kerry is so helpful and kind! Plenty of room for my fam and the kitchen was super stocked. We also had the best complimentary cookies I’ve ever tasted waiting for us! Above and beyond customer service.

The host was wonderful. Loved the facility-grands lived exploring. Everything I needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal was there ( except the food, of course!)

This is the 15th time we stayed here. Really enjoy it.

We loved this place from start to finish. It was clean, roomy, and so peaceful. We had a houseful of adult children + grandchildren. Our ages ran from 12 months to 40+ yrs, yet there was plenty to do for everyone. We had an early riser who would walk the wooded path in the mornings. She felt safe and always saw deer. Small disclaimer - deer are always more active in the fall. The grandkids claimed the treehouse early on. They climbed all over that thing, loved loading the bucket, and raising it up/down to the window. We didn’t have to find things to “entertain them”. They made their own adventures. Everyone wants to return. This home builds memories.

The Guest House worked perfect for our family reunion! We have 10 adults and 5 kids and the house was roomy, yet cozy. Kerry was very quick to respond to our questions! The Ingrams even left us some yummy fresh sourdough bread! We were so pleased with the property, the cleaniness of the house, and all the dishes and appliances that were available to us in the kitchen!We would definitely recommend this property and home!

As usual for about 4 years in a row this home was amazing!!!With the Lake close by our summer gathering of family was perfect!

What a wonderful place to spend a couple days with family!! So many places to gather and just talk, play games and /or cards inside and out!! Then there is the fabulous outside area. Tons of seating on the decks and porches. WOW It is honestly the best VRBO weve ever stayed at !!

We used this property to host a small Church retreat. Everything was wonderful and this would be a great place to stay for your group. The only possible downside is the distance from Tulsa if you are wanting to do activities or order food, but this did not take away from the stay at all.

Not one complaint. Everything is EXACTLY as it says. It’s above and beyond clean. Is stocked with anything and everything you can dream of supply wise. 3rd year in a row staying there and we can’t wait. Only 358 days left

Our family had a great time at this vacation rental! It was the perfect blend of comfort, practicality and style. We loved all the places to gather as a family. We often ate outdoors on the beautiful porches. Indoors, we enjoyed playing games at the tables and gathering in the large family area. The children thoroughly enjoyed the tree house and spent many hours playing there. They also took advantage of the expansive yard to run and play games and the ping pong table in the garage was a big hit! Also, the family loved spending time in the hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked which was helpful, as we cooked our meals each night. The master bedroom area provides a separate space that feels quiet and private. We visited the Gathering Place Park about 30 minutes away. It's probably the best park that I have been to. And Kerry was the perfect host! She was always quick to respond to any question or concern and was very enjoyable to work with! I highly recommend this property!

This home met all of expectations and more! We had 8 adults and one child. One downer in most homes is that there is never enough seating in the living area. This home provides plenty of seating and is so cozy. Another downer in most homes is that “a fully stocked kitchen” is generally lacking if you plan to fix meals while you are there. Wow this kitchen had it all! Fixing meals is a necessity for us as several in our group have special diets that most restaurants don’t cater to and we can’t risk it. The owners have taken the time to organize everything and they provide helpful lists to explain so many things that you really need to know. The outside grounds are just beautiful. We had coffee on the porch each morning and just soaked in the peaceful surroundings. We had a little situation arise and contacted the hosts. They were incredibly responsive and so helpful. They really went above and beyond and were just amazing. Lastly, this home is so close to so many great things to do! If you are willing to drive 15-45 minutes you will find just about anything you could want! However, this home has so many fun things to do you might not want to leave at all! We wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to stay here again!

This property had everything we needed for a great family vacation, we didn't even need to go anywhere!!!! The most immaculate and beautiful house, even the 4 year old said it was beautiful!!! Owner is fantastic, friendly and accommodating!!!
