Lovall Glen by KEVALA TERRA is a wine-country estate 3.5 miles from Sonoma Plaza, built for the kind of trip where the pool never closes, the outdoor kitchen handles dinner, and the Wolf range handles Sunday morning. This is where your group stops rushing.

THE SPACE
A ~2,000 sq ft main house with two large king-bed suites, full gourmet kitchen, open-plan dining for 10, living room with queen sleeper sofa, and a TV/entertainment lounge. Central heating and air conditioning. High-speed WiFi. Satellite TV. Every room connects to the sun-soaked grounds.

OUTSIDE (WHERE YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME):

Gated entry to 14 acres of serene grounds.
Solar-heated pool (May to October) with optional propane gas heating ($500 paid at least 2 weeks in advance).
Gas-heated jacuzzi for six, available year-round.
Outdoor kitchen for grilling. Gas fire table on the deck.
Pergola-shaded lounge area for afternoon wine. Picnic table, garden paths, and mature live oaks

Main House (Approx. 2000 sq. ft.):

Sleeps up to 6 adults with two master bedrooms.
Gourmet kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.
Open-style dining room for 10 people.
Living room with a queen sofa sleeper and privacy doors.
TV/entertainment area with a sectional sofa.
Sunrooms and outdoor decks adjoining the living spaces.
Central heating and air-conditioning, WiFi, High speed internet, and cable TV.
Approximately a half-minute walk from the pool.

PARKING & CHECK-IN
Self-check-in via keypad. Arrival code is 3425N (shared in your booking details). Check-in: 4 PM. Check-out: 11 AM. Please note: no early check-in is offered — we need the full turnover window to maintain our cleaning standards.

The main house is located on a large property with other structures. We rent to only one group at a time, so you would not share the property with any other guests regardless of whether you rent the main house (this listing), guest house, or both houses.

There is ample parking on the asphalt area at the end of the driveway, near the main house and pool. Park anywhere on the asphalt (not on dirt), except directly in front of the garage, as we need unobstructed access to the garage interior. The garage is not for guest parking. After you park, simply follow the sign to the Guest (not Main) house.

Policies:

NO DOGS OR PETS (no exceptions), including service and assistance animals, are allowed on the property at any time, since this would create a health and safety hazard for the owners who have severe allergies.
No additional undisclosed guests.
Check-in after 4:00 PM to ensure thorough cleaning.
No discounts offered; our pricing reflects the provided amenities.

Standard Amenity Availability Disclaimer:

While we take great care to maintain all onsite amenities to a high standard, peripheral amenities—including pool heating, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and BBQ—may occasionally experience maintenance or operational issues, sometimes due to prior guest use. Should an issue arise, we will communicate transparently and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. However, due to short turnaround windows between stays, repairs may not always be completed prior to your arrival.
In the uncommon event that an advertised amenity is unavailable during your stay, a courtesy credit of up to $80 per day per affected amenity may be offered. No additional compensation, refunds, or trip adjustments will apply. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this policy.

Please note that if a reservation is canceled and qualifies for a refund under the cancellation policy, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us at the time of booking.

    Everything you could possibly need and more. The level of organization is outstanding—you never have to wonder where something is or how anything works. The home is immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation.The property itself is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located: close enough to town to be convenient, yet just far enough away to feel peaceful and secluded. It truly offers the best of both worlds. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for an stress-free, memorable getaway. FYI, the trees behind the hot tub are alive with an astounding number of hummingbirds!

    I can’t say enough great things about this property and hosts. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought and love into all aspects of the house, grounds and pool area. There are so many peaceful nooks in the gardens and the pool area makes it feel like a private resort - beautifully designed and maintained and one of the best appointed vacation properties we’ve ever stayed in, from the kitchen to the pool and outdoor living area: it has most things that you will need to make your packing easier. The care team was also extremely responsive and attentive to our questions as they arose. Thank you Mike and Jefferson!

    The property is stunning! We felt like we had a resort all to ourselves! The kitchen has everything you need to make a beautiful meal. The beds are comfy. The hosts are great to work with. We had one little maintenance hiccup that they addressed immediately. We will absolutely book with Jefferson & Mike again!

    The property was amazing, there was something for everyone, and more - I enjoyed reading a book, while mom loved having her tea in the sun room and the outside patio nestled between the lush greenery. Kiddo loved the tire swing and chasing birds and turkeys and we enjoyed a game of table tennis and everyone had a great time in the heated pool. The home was clean and very well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything to make our stay comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. A bottle of wine made us feel very welcome and the hospitals exceeed my expectations. It was a perfect stay for us! 11/10

    Beautiful house and pool area. They had everything you could ask for to make the stay enjoyable. The house manual and Instructions made using things very easy. And the restaurant recommendations were spot on. Great food!!! Only critique we would have is the grounds could have been kept up better. As someone into landscaping hard and soft there are a few simple things that would make a world of difference. Otherwise we loved the place and would frequent it again in the future for sure on return visits.
