13 Quiet duplex by the beach, short walk to Falmouth Village, high-speed WiFi.

It was as advertised- quiet yet perfectly located, 5 mins to Surf Beach, 15 to Main St, a 10 min drive to Woods Hole. We had a few minutes huddling in the closets due to tornado warning but Regina had lanterns provided. Everything one needs and more! Thank you Regina for the lovely home.

Our temporary seaside home wasClean and in fine condition with plenty of room for all 3 of us to spread out and have our own space. The entire top floor was my sanctuary with a king sized bed as well as a twin bed closet my own bathroom And space for yoga. The property was peaceful surrounded by flowers, With a spacious garden frequented by rabbits and adored by my dogs. The sea was close by, as was the quaint town, and we walked there daily. There’s a bike path along the ocean with dramatic Vistas. The two short days of Tranquility, fine company afforded by our hostess and the sea air had the salubrious Effect sorely needed after Covid.

great location so close to the beach and to town and cute shops. The unit was ok, but unfortunately poor heating and insulation so we were freezing at night despite wearing double layers to bed and thermostat didn't work. Thin comforters. If you aren't staying there in winter then this should not be a problem!

This was a perfect location, we enjoyed ourselves, immensely. Restaurants, beach and town are close by.

Great location, house

Regina is a fantastic host and super accommodating. House is perfectly located between the beach and downtown, both within walking distance. Highly recommend booking your next stay here!

Between the beautifully landscaped yard and the proximity to the ocean, this is a fabulous place! We love walking to the ocean for our am and pm walks, The Shining Sea Bike trail is also very close and just a joy! Property owners were great to work with. Definitely will stay here next year. Thanks for a great stay!!!

The duplex was very nice, clean and comfy. It was in a great location - a short walk in to town and just. 5 minute walk to the beach. The outdoor furniture, grill and fire pit were an added bonus and a nice place for dinner and relaxximg.

Lovely, very convenient house near a great beach. The owner lived nearby and went way above snd beyond expectations to make us feel welcome and st home. She made our stay 5 stars!
