13 Mi to Dtwn Denver: Arvada Townhome w/ Deck

Excellent proximity to where we were visiting for my daughter’s graduation in golden. Host was very accommodating and communicative. Would highly recommend!

A very thoughtfully prepared, clean, and well-stocked space, a communicative host, a nice neighborhood with nearby walking trails, and a wonderful stay overall.

Only a block from our daughter so we were able to walk. Beautiful home. Very clean. Only suggestion was to have more coffee cups. And one was chopped. We would stay again.

The townhome was beautiful and very clean. The Owner was reachable to answer any questions and we enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at this property. It was very nice and clean. It was a great base for our travel to Red Rocks and the surrounding areas. The host was also kind and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean, and the communication with the host was great. Check in and out was easy. There were a lot of little touches that tried to make it feel like a luxury hotel. You can tell the house has been updated in some areas such as the kitchen and master bathroom. However, there were a few things that contributed to our overall enjoyment of the stay. The first being that the downstairs smelled musty / dusty, and being that I have a very sensitive nose it made enjoying the downstairs difficult for me. The remotes on the tv downstairs don’t have a good range - we had to get up and stand right in front of the tv to operate. The couches that are downstairs are very firm and for us, not enjoyable or desirable to lounge on. All of these factors led us to being relegated to the master bedroom whenever we were at the house. Speaking of the master, while spacious and clean, the bed was too firm for us but we either got used to it or were so tired from hiking it became easier to sleep. Showering in the master was also not the most enjoyable experience, as the rainfall shower head is much too close to the faucet to where you are right up against it. But the bathroom itself is bright, clean, modern and pretty. Overall we felt the place and host and management company really does try hard so we decided to give it a 4 for that reason, since some of the things mentioned above are personal preferences.

Our stay at this Vrbo was great. It was a really nice neiborhood. The host was very responsive. If we had any questions, the response time was shortly thereafter. I would say that her customer service level was a high priority. The home was very nice, and it was located fairly close to all of our activities.

This was a great experience for us. The house was extremely clean and was thoughtfully stocked with all of the basics. It was within walking distance of several restaurants. It was perfect for our purposes!

Very nice condo in great location!

Overall a great experience. Very clean property and easy access. Only challenge was small garage doesn't fit any vehicle of size.

The property was so clean, and had really updated amenities. It's about a 10 minute drive to Old Town so not walking distance. Our check in was easy and communication was terrific. We'd go back for sure!

This little condo was spic and span clean, modern decor, and beds were super comfy. Nice location. Only negative the lights were out on the front and back porch. The garage is an added gift - our big SUV fit perfectly. Cute little neighborhood and such modern furnishings. Kitchen was SO nice. All we needed and more.

Very nice unit; But a few little things I suggest - 1) all of the chair seat/back and base were loose at the dining room table; just need tightened. Always wiggled when you sat on them. 2) the toilet seat in the master bathroom was loose and slid around when you sat down. I tightened it myself. Couldn't find any simple tools, so I used mine from my car. 3) the bathtub drain stopper would not seal. My wife was very disappointed not to be able to take a hot bath . . . while on vacation!

Walk in and you are in an open airy environment. The kitchen and pantry have everything you need if you want to cook. Second bedroom was a great place as an office if you are working during your stay. Host is very accessible if you need anything. Short drive to Coors field, Downtown Denver or Boulder. Plenty of nice places to eat and drink close by. Things to know - if you want to watch TV it is all streaming, so bring your passwords. No shoes in the house. I would have brought by slippers if I have known this ahead of time. Overall experience was wonderful. I would stay there again.
