13 Mi to Boulder: Family-Friendly Home in Erie!

We loved the house and the location! Wonderful host and so accommodating.

A hidden gem with a lot of space to spread out, relax, and entertain. Our daughter graduated from CU Boulder this weekend and everything in Boulder and the surrounding area was booked by the time we tried to find something. This was about a 25 minute drive from campus and worked out surprisingly well. We had a family party for my daughter and there was more than enough space for everyone. Erie wasn't on my bingo card as a place to stay for CU Boulder access, but if this is your only choice, it works! :)

The home was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We had a great time and would recommend this house!

Host called the evening before arrival. More than adequate seating, beds, bathrooms.

Beautiful home with lots of surrounding amenities. (Gas, grocery, restaurants) Love the open concept main level to visit and the 4 bathrooms to accommodate everyone! Dave is a responsive host and helped with any needs we had:)

We enjoyed the home. The location was convenient for restaurants, parks, and trails. The house was well prepared for guests, with a well-stocked kitchen, baths with toiletries, etc. The setup was comfortable and worked well for two families (including a toddler).

The home provided us all the space and comfort we needed for our stay in the Denver area for our group of 9. The house is positioned well for visiting RMNP and the Denver area. The house was clean and everything worked as expected. It is located close to a small area of dining and shopping. It is a little awkward as the garage is in the back of the home and accessed by an ally way but no big deal. We would stay again.

The check in was a little confusing as the address provided was not correct but had communication with the property manager and got it straightened out quickly. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything needed.

Everything was as advertised. Great sized house for a large group.

Everything about our stay was great - the rooms were exactly as advertised, the furnishings were perfect, and it accommodated our group of 8 adults (4 couples) with plenty of space (plus, each getting a full, updated bathroom was an excellent plus). The location is within walking distance of the charming downtown area which has plenty of activities, food, etc, and a growing area along the Erie Parkway that also has several food establishments and places like Walgreens for those things you forgot. Erie itself is great, but if you want to find more adventure, you'll have easy access to Boulder, Longmont, and the northern side of the Denver suburbs. We definitely will look at this place again in the future for stays near the Front Range!

Erie is the place to stay if you need to be close to the mountains but don’t want to pay Boulder prices! We had so much space to enjoy in this beautiful VRBO home. Parking is easy, Lucile’s is within walking distance, and all the amenities are close by. Sleeps up to 10!Picture is of the huge kitchen island and living room.

The property was clean and as expected. The yard was nice for the dogs. Highly recommend if youre looking for a spacious place to stay in Erie.

We travelled in to visit family in Longmont and this was a great spot for a large group with a couple of kids.
