Great location

This was a great place for our family to spend a few days in Leavenworth, very close to town and a clean home. Very happy with our stay and will return next year.

This house was amazing! The owner was super communicative. Short walk to town too.

The house was the perfect distance to walk to town! Loved the big table for playing games and all eating breakfast together! Fun having the option of an old TV/VCR if we wanted to watch a movie. We were all 50-somethings, so it was fine. The whole point of the weekend wasn't centered around TV anyway. The couches were super comfy too! The hot tub was a nice perk as well!

The cabin was perfect for our needs. It needs a few repairs (i.e. toilet paper holders, kitchen cabinet doors) and the bbq grill needs cleaned. Could have had better backyard lighting. The location was great and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you so much!

Rob is an outstanding host, very responsive and flexible. His home is perfectly located walking distance to all things in town. The home is super cute that has everything needed for your stay. My family and friends really enjoyed the space inside and out. Looking forward to booking this house again, soon!

The location was good. It had plenty of off-street parking which is a premium in Leavenworth. The host was available and answered quickly. The house was very nice besides a few minor things (e.g. broken toilet paper holder, etc.). Overall it was wonderful and made our family Christmas in Leavenworth magical!

Checkin process was smooth and easy. The house is centrally located making it easy to walk to all the shops in downtown Leavenworth. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had.

Best location in Leavenworth, on the edge of downtown. Beautiful foliage makes it private. Comfortable beds, except for the living room hideabed.

We had an amazing time and really enjoyed the convenience of the location. It was both close to downtown and the river trail. The house itself was very comfortable and I liked how it still felt like we were away from it all even though all of the great amenities were so close by.

We loved our stay at Rob’s place! The location is super convenient to walk to downtown or to the river trail. Very spacious and comfortable for two families of 4. We loved the hot tub and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Washer and dryer in house was a nice amenity. There’s a great little local grocery store just across the street that we walked to several times. Can’t wait to stay again in the future. Highly recommend!

Amazing location!

Wonderful location, and great place to stay!

My family loved the stay. Clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and relaxing. We loved the areas to sit outside both in the front and back yards. Hot tub worked great. Kitchen had all the dishes, utensils and cookware we needed. We are planning to book this place the next time we are in Leavenworth.

Absolutely beautiful. Really loved the location. Kitchen was stocked with kitchen supplies! Even a croc pot and a griddle!

Our host was responsive and friendly. The house was close enough to town to walk to everything but far enough away to not be bothered by late night shenanigans. The house was clean, and fit all of us nicely. The kitchen cookware and utensils covered our needs very well.

Cute house with plenty of room inside and out. Within walking distance to everything! Very responsive host. This is our second stay at this property and we are already planning for next year.

Quiet, conveniently located home that comfortably held my parents, my spouse, my first grader, and I. Great grocery store across the street, a stone's throw from the river walk, lovely (but aging) hot tub, and a short walk to town (good thing considering the lack of free parking in town). The place is a bit worn -- kitchen had a leaky faucet and the cabinets were missing some hardware, and the fence gates were a bit hard to open, but overall would definitely stay again.

We had the best time! Went to the fish hatchery, took a nature walk, did some shopping and put a puzzle together. Look forward to our next trip. The house was nice and roomy for us.

Moved our annual extended family visit from November to February and found this place. Will try to get it for future visits! Location is excellent, very clean, responsive host, and a hot tub!

It was a great home! Comfortable and nice to have parking for downtown. A quick walk and we were right in downtown.

Awesome property, super close walk to town. Able to comfortably sleep 7 of us for my 60th birthday weekend getaway. The icing on the cake was enjoying the hot tub while viewing the most impressive northern lights display I’d ever witnessed. Would love to stay at this property again.

We spent a fantastic long weekend here celebrating our parents 70th Birthdays. House was comfortable for 6 adults and 1 kid. We made several meals in the fully stocked kitchen, played games at the dining room table and enjoyed several football games in the living room. The house has ample parking and is an easy walk to town. We skied, rode the alpine later, fed reindeer, visited the quilt shop, and enjoyed several restaurants, breweries and wineries in town. We can’t wait to return!My only suggestion would be to upgrade the couches and recliner in living room - they are well loved! Other than that - great house!

We had 5 adults and 2 young children in the group and stayed for 2 nights.... The location was very convenient, truly walkable to town and home was comfortable and cozy. Rob was super communicative, gracious and even had a personalized touch to our visit. I highly recommend 1227 Haus and will definitely come back.

Great house and perfect location. Everything was nice and in working order. So much room for our large family. Check in and checkout was easy. The home feels very private and the hot tub was a major plus. We definitely recommend and will stay again in the future.

The house is nice. A little dated. Not comfortable beds and old/dangerous lazy boy rocking chair that should probably be replaced. The hot tub was nice. Excellent location.

This was our second stay at this property, and we again were not disappointed. The house is warm,cozy and charming, its location is fantastic (providing easy access to the downtown area), and the host is responsive and helpful. We look forward to our next stay at this location in beautiful Leavenworth!

House was clean, stocked, and comfortable. Hot tub directions need to be updated to reflect current key location but otherwise it was a perfect stay

We have stayed here before, it is our go to for Leavenworth!! We go with two other couples and we have the best time! The hot tub is awesome on the cold nights and the walk to town is so convenient and quick!! The pictures don’t do it justice! It is a wonderful spot!

Great location, very nice kitchen, living, dining area that is open and works well with a group. Kitchen was very well-equipped, even an electric griddle for making pancakes. Bedrooms are comfortable. Good parking. 5 minute walk to town so very convenient. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Rob was super accommodating, the house was super, and he went out of his way to cater to all our needs. It was a fantastic experience!

We had family and friends, total of three couples, attending the Spring Birding Festival at this delightful property in a prime location of downtown Leavenworth. Easily walk to downtown Leavenworth with all the amazing shops and restaurants. The property is perfect for a family or group of friends. All rooms, kitchen, dining and living had plenty of space for our group. The hosts gave simple and clear instructions. We can't wait to return!

Great location and communication with host was fantastic. Listing doesn’t mention A/C, possibly because it’s not central but there are two units for upstairs and downstairs so I was pleasantly surprised since we were there in 100+ weather and it would’ve been worse without any A/C. It was fine having it in common areas during the day but hard if you like a cool room when you sleep and you are upstairs! Great house for 3 couples, 4 if you don’t mind a hide a bed. Very private even though close to downtown.

Loved our VRBO experience! House is in a great location in Leavenworth, walkable to the main town. Members of our party love to play pickleball and were enthusiastic about their experience with the locals and the court. House owner was responsive to questions. There were 6 adults in our party and the house accommodated us well. Excellent!

Relaxing!!

Four adults stayed at this charming 3 bedroom / 2 bath cottage near downtown Leavenworth for three nights in August. We hiked the Colchuck Lake trail (about 45 minute drive from Leavenworth) during the day and then spent a wonderful day after exploring Leavenworth. Cottage was walking distance to town. A grocery store with prepared foods and snacks for hiking was located just across the street. The cottage was spacious enough for our group and very comfortable; it included all of the amenities we needed. We were able to park two cars in the driveway. I will definitely book this property again.

Great sized house with a lovely private yard, lots of parking and walkable to most everything you would need in Leavenworth, which is great because parking is always awful and pricey! Will definitely stay again!

Perfect home very close to downtown. Easy check in and check out process. Clean and comfy! Lovely outdoor seating areas! Didn’t use the hot tub because it was 100 degrees when we visited 😳 very thankful the owner had portable A/C units upstairs and downstairs!

This is a very unique property. It feels like you are in your own little bubble with trees and shade, yet it is a short walk to downtown. Perfect. It was 100 degrees most of the weekend but house was very pleasant. We plan to rebook!

Great place to stay. We stayed with 2 other couples. We could easily walk to anywhere in town. Plenty of room for all of us and we enjoyed sitting outside in the front yard or the backyard. Hot tub was a great bonus in the evenings as well. We will definitely be staying again!
