Reviewer Comments: We would first like to thank the gracious Homeowners and everyone at Gold Coast For allowing us to stay in this beautiful two story home on Silver Strand in Oxnard. We were celebrating our Silver Anniversary and the first home we booked was undergoing repairs and when I saw this home became available...we booked it immediately! What a great and happy opportunity to stay here at Local's Choice! The home is lovingly taken care of with everything that you need for an amazing oceanfront vacation. From beautiful linens, artwork (one looked like a Chagall but wasn't, yet still so lovely) and other pieces had a direct connection to the area and comfortable furniture, and well-stocked kitchens, yes there are two, filled with utencils and bathrooms that are spotless and again, more towels than you may need and shampoo and soap provided....cable TV and an upper deck to view the sea life durring the day and the shooting stars in the sky at night, this home is a true gem! Not to mention every morning between 9:00 am to 10:30 am we watched the dolphins in pods come by to eat and and seals swim by, too. The environment here must be healthy that so many diffent species of wildlife mingled with the surfers. We took lots of photos from the upper deck balcony and on the lower deck, there is a little gate that you can privately access the beach and step out into the sand and find seashells and walk to the water. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very inviting and comfortable. We would love to stay here again in the future because it truly felt to us, like a very loving home. Thank you all so much for helping us have a wonderful time celebrating our 25th in your gorgeous oceanfront home on Silver Strand Beach!

The upstairs was open and very comfortable.

We enjoyed our time relaxing with ocean views and sea breezes. The house has so many cozy blankets and spots to settle in and relax.

The beach house was great. Fit all our needs and was a great location. Only downfall was the “Karen” next door.

Great place to spend a long weekend with a great family group of four adults and two children. House had a homey feel to it, and comfy, but a few fixes and upgrades are dearly needed. Having stayed here for the first time , and knowing about the place a little, I would stay there again. Does have that at home feel to it for sure.

We came for the memorial and to be with loved ones. The house was perfect and we so enjoyed being close to the memorial and We will be bback.Thanknyou!!on the beach
