12 South /Belmont Depot

House was exactly as described. This was our second time staying at this property and will be coming back again. Location is perfect for exploring Nashville.

The rental is in a great location just a few minutes from shops and restaurants on 12 south.

We had the entire second floor of house to ourselves. Very clean and charming. Location is on a nice street close to all the shops and restaurants on 12th Ave south. Highly recommended!

Great property convenient to Belmont, music rue and downtown attractions. Lots of save, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again. My only 2 complaints: 1) the pillows seriously suck. Bring your own. 2) For a rental that sleeps 6, there are only seats for 2 which makes it hard to be together comfortably.

The host was quick to respond to our questions. Beds were so comfortable and the property clean and tidy and stately. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood. After having our first cup of coffee from the coffee station our host provided, we loved walking in the mornings to breakfast on 12th Ave. Just a few minutes drive to Waterfront Park and Broadway downtown. This is a great place to stay when in Nashville!

Host was welcoming, the listing was as said, and location was perfect. For myself and my teen, this was a great stay for our trip.

Close to all famous activities near the 12 South nice place well stocked with all amenities. Minimum down size one the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

The apartment was nice but the shared space was tiny. There were three large bedrooms accommodating 6 people but the kitchen/living room was only about 300-400 sq feet total, if that and had just one small love couch which was basically in the kitchen- no table, no other seating. The bedrooms were really nice though and it was very clean.

Location and price for 3 bedrooms were 10/10. Only reason we gave it 4 stars is the layout isn’t really convenient for a large group as the family room is effectively the kitchen also. But, if you are just looking for a great place to sleep that is close to 12 south then this is the spot.

Very cozy rooms, many shops nearby, neighborhood was very quiet and safe feeling, and host was very responsive and went out of their way to accommodate our extended stay as our flights were severely delayed. Thank you, Will!

This is a beautiful property located in a very peaceful neighborhood. Just 10 minutes to the chaos of Broadway, but you return to a quiet oasis. Just a 5 minute walk to a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend if you want to party on Broadway, but sleep in peace. Great coffee service provided by the owner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great - able to walk to shops/restaurants and was an easy Lyft ride to the craziness of Broadway. Lovely neighborhood. The host was friendly and very easy to get in touch with. The other reviews are accurate. We had plenty of space and were very comfortable. While I only used one of the two showers, the water pressure was probably the best I’ve ever experienced. This might seem like a random comment, but it was the universal feeling from my family!

We stayed in this property for a long weekend. It was exactly as described and provided what we needed to have a place to lay our heads after a busy day! William provided several small touches and clear directions that are often missing when staying at a property. Absolutely recommend this for a Nash stay!

Going to a conference at Belmont was so simple from this property. Blocks away allowed for a simple and pleasant walk (the neighborhood is stunning). We could also easily walk to the downtown section of Belmont for food and shopping. The property manager was super communicative and so kind in our exchanges. Having two full baths was so nice for three adults. The house is small but accommodating. Three good size bedrooms. Sitting area is a loveseat only. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels… and awesome water pressure!!! 15 min uber ride to Broadway in downtown was quite simple too. I’d definitely stay here again.

Location is wonderful. Next to 12 south and belmont university. The neighborhood is great. We enjoyed the spacious porch. Check in was a breeze and well communicated. The beds were comfortable. Parking is on the street only. Taking off 1 star because the home is showing it's age and there wasnt any real family room to sit comfortably.

Property is in a great walkable safe location to 12 South restaurants and shopping. Bedrooms are spacious. Nice extra amenities for guests is a nice touch. Living area is for small groups only. I would stay here again with family.

Great location for visiting Belmont University.

Our family came for the Music City Bowl and New Years. This house was perfect for us! A short ride from the game and Broadway. It’s in a nice, safe neighborhood. We had a great time.

Great location, close to Belmont, which was our purpose. I didn’t read the description carefully enough to understand this is a split of a full house with the upstairs converted into a 3 bedroom apartment, nor did I understand the word “Depot” used in the description. While it does sleep 6 there is no place to gather or socialize, if that is important to you, as the kitchenette and sitting area are one small area. All this is in the description but was not apparent to me until we arrived. The main bathroom on the floor, with the largest tub and shower area, has mold on the walls, tile grout and seams. It needs a good bleaching and recaulking. The walls and light fixtures through the apartment are dusty. This little apartment has potential to be great. It served its purpose for what we needed. The little chocolates left in each room was a nice touch. Other nice touches are the stock of Kcup coffee and hot chocolate, water in the fridge and fresh towels and linens. The bead are very comfortable as are the linens and pillows. If it were not for the condition of the tub, I would have rated much higher.

Great location that we were able to walk to places to eat, short drive to downtown. Beds were comfortable, showers had great water pressure and well supplied with towels. Very nice neighborhood with a porch to enjoy the outside air with your morning coffee. Highly recommended!

Four of us converged in Nashville from the US and UK. We quickly found everything we needed and settled right in. Towels were plentiful, so clean and soft. Beds as well. We enjoyed coffee every morning before heading out. 12th South is soooo close and we took full advantage of the shops and restaurants. Thank you Will for a wonderful stay.

The property was wonderful and the host was readily available. One suggestion would be to paint stripes on the back steps or add lighting. We checked out very early, but couldn't find check-out expectations. We did our best to clean up, but no rules were included and it was way too early to knock on the host's door. We would definitely return, our visit was Amazing.

What a clean, cute, fun place to stay right in the heart of Nashville. Safe neighborhood and walking distance from 12Ave S restaurants, food and shops.Everything you want to see in Nashville is no more than 15 to 30. Minutes away.. the Host was full of southern charm and so accommodating!! Thank you so much for a stress free stay.

This was a very cute property in a nice neighborhood that was conveniently located close to several Nashville attractions! Easy to get to Broadway, cute shopping/eateries just down the street in 12 South area, and easy in and out from the airport and out-of-town locations. The home is cute and set up great for multiple guests with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. We all had plenty of space and privacy. The porch is great for chilling after a day out and about. The kitchenette is adequate for a quick breakfast or late-night snack. Overall, everything was very orderly and clean. The host was great and the in & out process was easy! We would definitely choose the same place for another trip to Nashville!
