12 Mi to Red Rocks: Morrison Home w/ Deck

This was the perfect place for our Colorado vacation! We stayed in late July 2021. The house was very clean, spacious and well-stocked with whatever we needed. In between our adventures and excursions, we really enjoyed the deck and patio, where we played lots of Pinochle. With the mild and breezy weather, it was nice to leave the windows open (something we can't do at home in Texas--too hot and humid). Billy was helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. This location has beautiful scenery and the drive getting there was windy & hilly and very pretty. Book this lovely home, you won't be disappointed!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and concert at Red Rocks. The location is excellent and the property is clean and comfortable and very peaceful. Communication with Billy was timely and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean and very well appointed. We were able to sit outside on the patio even when it rained because the deck above is sealed up. The views were great and we got to see plenty of nature including a couple of mule deer just laying down and relaxing in the yard. Very tranquil and plenty of common spaces. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and location was perfect. Host was available for any questions we had. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. 10/10

Perfect accommodations…owners thought of everything…very well appointed…there’s no AC and we were there when the weather was in the 90’s….awesome skylights keep the air moving great! Beautiful views Would definitely stay here again. Centrally located so we could spend a day in Boulder and the Flat rocks…. another day touring Pikes Peak and Seven Falls.Thanks for a great trip

Saw shows over the weekend at red rocks. Best band in the land, Widespread Panic. Fantastic location. No A/C in July was not an issue. Will be back!

Excellent location for exploring the area. Nice restaurants, hiking trails and proximity to Red Rocks. House is in a great neighborhood in the mountains with grocery stores and essentials only a few minutes away.

Beautiful mountain home close to Red Rocks. We had supermarkets and great restaurants minutes away. Went to Denver for a ballgame which was about 30-40 minute drive. Bill has a great place and lives next door if you have any questions. Hiking and biking nearby and cute towns of Evergreen and Golden are also close by.

Very well equipped home in Morrison. We enjoyed staying here for a few days with family while attending a wedding. Convenient to Denver, Red Rocks and Golden. Overall an excellent stay.

This home was clean, neat, modern and interesting. Top quality TV, sound system and lighting. Beautiful deck and landscaping. Lots of room to spread out and private nooks and crannies. Super close to Red Rocks where we took in a concert. Also close to shopping, eateries and other parks. Super easy to communicate with owner. Great stay !!

We truly enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for a family weekend getaway. Enough space, excellent amenities. A wonderful hideaway in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The owners were super responsive, courteous, and helpful as a winter storm passed through and he came over and plowed the driveway and shoveled the pathways for us. The attention to details in the house were top notch from heated floors, two fireplaces, steam shower, and everything was super clean and new. We will definitely visit again!

Thank you to a great host! Our family stayed for a few days in October. Great space to enjoy our local family! Close to Denver, Red Rocks but feels private and remote. Marvelous deck with gorgeous sunrises and mule deer visitors. Beds were super comfortable and we appreciated the k-cups as well as the ability to brew our pots of coffee. This home has a nice outdoor area, is well kept; parking for two vehicles was easy. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in Morrison in this lovely and comfortable home. There is plenty of room to spread out, play games with our grandchildren at the spacious kitchen table and sit out back on the porch to enjoy the view. Highly recommend this home for families.
