Great property, regency for our needs.

This house was amazing! The location was perfect for my daughter’s event at Rosalind Franklin University. Our family of 9 enjoyed the indoor spaces as well as the beautiful back yard and deck. It was extremely clean, cozy and well furnished. The check-in process and communication with the owners were easy. I would highly recommend this listing!

This was an excellent property for a naval recruit graduation. It accommodates a large family and it is in proximity of a lot of restaurants and center to the city of Gurnee. I truly enjoyed my stay. Chris was more than accommodating to me and my family and I am thankful that I found this beautiful property.

This lovely home provided a wonderful stay for our family during Navy boot camp graduation. It is immaculately clean, spacious, stocked with every supply need and felt like being a treasured guest in someone’s home. The beds were so comfortable and we slept amazingly well. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and the hosts go above and beyond. Close proximity to the Navy base and many restaurants. The fireplace is not usable and should be listed as decorative under the amenities as this is one reason why we chose the home. Overall, an absolutely splendid experience! We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! It was very clean! Beds were super comfortable and the Master bedroom was to die for!. The living room had plenty of space to hang out and cozy up to a movie or play games with a group of friends. We grilled out in the backyard, only thing that was missing was minor outdoor furniture but the owner made it right which was appreciated. Kitchen had everything we needed and there’s a lot to do in the area! The owners were very kind on the phone! I would definitely come back and I highly recommend this Home! This is an immaculate, comfortable property for a large group. My family of 8 stayed here, and there was plenty of room for all of us. There are multiple areas for everyone to spread out and a beautiful fenced-in backyard. We visited Chicago and Milwaukee and loved the proximity to the Navy base for graduation. The hosts were responsive and provided necessities not always offered, including trash bags, toilet paper, and linens, which were helpful since we traveled from out of state. I highly recommend this home.

Our family of 9 traveled to the area for our daughter’s Bootcamp graduation. The home is close to the base and close to lots of shopping and grocery stores. The home itself was fantastic. With 9 people the layout and size of the property allowed us to not be on top of each other. The bedrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Having 2 area to watch TV was great as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean. Overall this property is definitely one to stay at again should we need a place to stay. Owners were very informative and prompt to respond to any questions we had.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for my son’s Navy bootcamp graduation! The home was perfect and accommodated my big family! My 4 yo niece and my 16 yo daughter loved the big bunk room! Loved the master bedroom. All the beds were so comfortable. The TV in the family room is HUGE, and made for perfect family movie night. I highly recommended this home! It’s so cozy! My family and I will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area!

The house was very spacious and excellent for a group. The bunk room was perfect for kids and even had toys. Each room was comfortable and everyone was able to get privacy when needed. The basement is also finished (not pictured in the listing) and was a good place for the kiddos to play. Would definitely return!

This beautiful property exceeded our expectations. Everything was amazing. The house was very very clean and spacious for our family. Our son graduated Navy Bootcamp and booking this rental allowed us to have quality family time with our Sailor. Our Sailor had a warm, clean place to come and relax. We honestly felt at home. The kitchen is big which gave us plenty of room to cook. The babies had fun in the playroom and we enjoyed playing games as a family. We built ever lasting memories here and I’m very thankful for Chris and Dominique. Their communication was spot on! You will not be disappointed.
