You will truly enjoy this beautiful townhome with breathtaking views of the Moab Rim to the West out the front living room window and you'll enjoy the stunning views of the La Sal Mountains to the East from the back patio while relaxing after a day full of activities!

Our townhome is the perfect place to rest and recharge between your Moab adventures. With a fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, dining room, and patio with gas grill, the cooking possibilities are endless. If going out to eat is more your style we are conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Moab; where the sky is the limit when it comes to food options.
Rim Vista development offers private, quiet, and beautifully landscaped townhomes with walkable streetscapes and amenities such as a community pool, hot tub, tennis court, and playground. When relaxing in the townhome you’ll be able to stay connected on your mobile devices using our high-speed WIFI.
Moab is the heart of Utah’s Canyon Country; at the doorstep of Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, and Dead Horse Point State Park.
*Master bedroom, located on main level has king size bed, UHD TV, spacious en suite bathroom with tub/shower.

*No Smoking or Pets: to accommodate everyone; including those with allergies to smoke or animals, we do not allow pets in our home. Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the home, patio or garage.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

This is a corner unit - The garage depth is 19 FT and the height is 7 FT 10 IN.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

It was super clean, comfortable, quiet and well stocked. Garage was extra bonus. Would highly recommend. We had an awesome time on the trails and visiting the national parks. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse is spacious and nice and an easy drive to get to Arches and Canyonlands. I wasn’t expecting how close it was to the other houses though and be aware there is no privacy at all. It worked for us since we were gone all day, but be aware you cannot have any blinds open if you value some privacy. Overall a nice stay, plenty of room and comfortable.
