Fresh air dining and living rooms are situated under the covered patio with plenty more space for lounging scattered around the property The hot tub and stainless steel gas grill and propane patio heater complete the quintessential outdoor lifestyle here.
Kids LOVE climbing through and around the unique cave feature in the adjacent "Rock Park", and the elementary school playground that adjoins the park gives them plenty to do within a 5 minute walk. If you are up for a game of tennis, there are courts in the park as well. Connections from the house to bike paths that lead all over Boulder include a short distance to the best-known Boulder Creek Bike Path leading to downtown and Bear Creek bike path leading to Table Mesa/South Boulder.
You'll be a short walk or car ride of 2 minutes to Ozo's Coffee, Snarfs Sandwich Shop, Pica's Mexican Restaurant, B-Town Wine and Spirits with a fabulous cheese shop next door, Blackberry Market Restaurant and the Boulder Dinner Theater. It is only a 5-10 minute drive to 5 of the top 10 MicroBrew Pubs in Boulder including Upslope, Sanitas and Twisted Pine.
In just 5 minutes, you can be teeing off at the FlatIrons Golf Course, enjoying a movie at the 29th Street Century Cinema, splashing around in Scott Carpenter Park's large outdoor pool w/waterslide and diving boards and a kid-favorite playground (more often referred to as Rocket Ship Park) alongside a sledding hill, and a lively skateboard park.

In 10-15 minutes you'll be parked at the trailhead of any one of a plethora of hiking trails along the Flatirons including Dry Creek, Bobolink Trail, Marshall Mesa, Eldorado Canyon State Park, Shanahan Ridge, Chatauqua (also great for dining and concerts), Settler's Pass, Boulder Canyon, Mt. Sanitas, and Wonderland Lake.
It is only 30-45 minutes to Denver's urban scene with fantastic restaurants, shops, museums, shows and entertainment from this side of town, and about an hour in the other directions to Rocky Mountain National Park or Eldora Ski Area.

Heather was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The house was clean, had great amenities, and was spacious enough for 5 adults to sleep comfortably. We loved our stay here, highly recommend.
