Stayed Feb 16, 2023Matthews property was clean and neat. However, if you were expecting amenities, there weren’t any- no salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil, dish soap plug for kitchen sink, paper towels, dish cloths, table and chairs in backyard. Also, the lighting in the living room was very poor making it nearly impossible to read at night - a lamp or two would be a tremendous improvement. And, the next door unit had the same door code as ours, making it less secure.
