The property had great parking, neighborhood was quiet, clean.

Perfect space for our long family golf weekend.

The home was very clean and the host was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive. Kitchen was fully stocked and the indoor pool was great. Everything was as advertised. Comfortable home. Would definitely stay again. Had one of our grandchildren get a stomach virus for 24 hours and the host graciously allowed us a later check out so that she got to enjoy the pool more.

This property is a great choice for large or multi-family gatherings. At check-in the facility was very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, and the knives were top quality, which I don't find to be true in many rentals. The property manager was rapidly responsive to any questions I had.The heated in-door pool was a big hit. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The house is great for a large extended family. The elevator was perfect for my older relatives with mobility issues and for bringing up groceries. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with the exception of mixing bowls, which I was able to buy at the grocery store. Having the 3 refrigerators and two stoves was great. The sectional on the third floor was really nice and provided adequate seating. Overall, we had a great time!

Having so many bedrooms with their own bathrooms was definitely a plus! The top floor is where we spent most of our time.

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our family reunion! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, spacious, and beautiful — perfect for hosting a large family gathering.The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook big meals together, and the living areas were cozy and inviting. Everyone had plenty of room to relax, and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, making it easy for all ages to enjoy their time.The location was ideal — close to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough for quality family time. The outdoor space was a big bonus and gave us room to spread out and make special memories together.Our hosts were also wonderful — responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful in all the details that made our stay so smooth. It truly felt like a home away from home.We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our family reunion. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We’d love to return again in the future!

Great location and amenities. Great access to the beach and it is in a very nice neighborhood.

The location couldn't be bettered for those who like the ocean and the comfort of an indoor pool. Proximity to shopping was a plus. A family as large as ours (19 adults and one teenager in all) was easily accommodated. There is a bedroom with a crib if one is needed. Also a high chair.

The house is great, it is about a 2 minute walk to the beach, it is very spacious, a great rooftop deck and can easily accomodate 20 people.My family loves coming each year.

We had 18 people ranging in age 7-68 years old staying and you could not tell. The house was so big and was able to accommodate everyone. Less than 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min drive to amusement/ water park. The host was great communicating and answering questions. Oh I forgot to mention one elevator!!!!

This large house was perfect for our big family gathering. We loved the huge dining table, and the 2 kitchen areas were great for meal prep. There was plenty of dishes, utensils, and food storage spaces. We noticed that some furnishings had been nicely updated since the online photos. We enjoyed the beach, just a short walk from the house. The indoor pool, hot tub, & pool table kept our group entertained in the evenings. Location is just a short drive from the VA Beach boardwalk for those who preferred the more active scene. Our host communicated well with us. A great weekend!

The property was GORGEOUS with just enough room for our family! The main kitchen was a such a pleasure to work in! Because it had two stoves, two full refrigerators and two sink areas, this allowed several of us to prepare food and not be under each other’s feet. The ground floor was the “party floor”. Jackie let me know in advance that a pool table was to be delivered and set up on Saturday and boy did my family enjoy it!! The indoor pool was also a huge hit! We took several daily enjoyable walks to the inlet. Most of the bedrooms had their own bathroom although it was advertised as all bedrooms having their own bathroom. The grill looked a little iffy so we did go buy to use. All in all working with Jackie has been GREAT and staying at the property was extremely enjoyable!

Lots of space and the third floor is a great place to hang out with a big group. Ocean is a quick walk away. But lots of things that we were expecting to be functional did not work. Upon arrival we were sent a message documenting a list of things that were broken, which was disappointing. The hot tub also turned out to be out of order. Still a good stay for a big group, but some love needs to be put into the house.

We gathered for family time between Christmas & New Year & needed a lot of rooms and some kid friendly activities. This house was perfect for us. The kids loved walks on the beach & the pool. The home was perfect for dinners together & evenings spent watching movies & playing games.

Inside pool was so cold the kids and half of adults could not get in to enjoy. Small wall pieces where falling off the wall. Toilets were clogging. Some of previous dishes were dirty. There was a stain on 2 blankets. There were no lights in some of the rooms. The rooms were dark. There was not enough dish liquid for the dishes. There were no extra toilet paper paper towels and one of the toilets was not working properly to flush it was held in place with a bread tie.Parts of the house was to hot with very dry air. Some of the furniture was old was marks rios stove wasnt clean.

House served us fairly well for a 5 night family get together. Ages 2 to 75. Guests from four different states. Several commented their beds were better than home. We enjoyed the huge dining room table, close proximity to the beach, the air show at NAS Oceana and the iFly experience nearby. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the home it was pretty warm inside. We set all the thermostats to 72 degrees and waited several hours for the house to cool down but only the 3rd floor and half of the 2nd floor felt cooler. Contacted the property manager and was told the house was large and would take time to cool down. Situation did not improve by the following day. Called property manager again the second day and informed her that only one of the outdoor units was operating. She still didn't want to send anyone out. I told her my son-in-law was an HVAC tech and could check it out when he arrived that night. At that point she said she would send someone out. One guest decided not to come because of the lack of A/C. HVAC rep arrived on 2nd day, checked units (at least one compressor blown) and return air vent filters (several totally clogged). Of course, it was now the week-end. The sleeping arrangements indicated in the listing are also somewhat misleading. No remote for a sleep sofa and had to buy a blow up mattress for another guest. When I mentioned this to the manager she said, Glad it all worked out. Not the response I expected after spending nearly $10k for the week-end.

We were 20 people ranging from 8-62 yrs old. Plenty of bedrooms-space for everyone and beds were comfortable. Plenty of baths! We loved the large eat-in dining table that could fit everyone, the large seating room off the main kitchen which allowed everyone to be together while preparing meals, and the 2 refrigerators and cooking areas in the main area. We loved the roof top deck! FUN! Especially the teenagers. We appreciated the multiple floors which allowed folks to spread out and have enough space. The elevator was nice although our group was able-bodied and didn't need it. We utilized the indoor pool and hot tub every day since our beach week turned out to be very rainy and cooler than usual. Nice features! We appreciated the beach towels provided as well as beach chairs provided! The air conditioning worked very well which was important to the older adults for sleeping at night. The location of the house can't be beat....extremely close and walkable to beach (five minutes) and an easy drive to so much (boardwalk, restaurants, etc). We rode bikes or drove to amazing pickle ball courts nearby almost every day -- WIN! Grocery stores not far away (11 minutes). State parks offer hiking-walking, stand up paddle, kayaking, etc. Wonderful! Kitchen was well stocked with one criticism: GET A LARGER GARBAGE FOR WASTE AND RECYCLE! Dishwasher was broken when we arrived but owner fixed ASAP. Great communication with owner who was pleasant and responsive.

Our family of 20 was thrilled with the comfort and quality of the house as well as the Croatan Beach location. The house was tastefully filled with upscale furnishings and considerable amenities. The beach chairs and towels were much appreciated. The 2.5 kitchens were well stocked and we found some fun games. The owner was very responsive and had very informative tip sheets posted in the house. We're looking forward to staying here again next year.

This house is really great for a large group. We had 21 people across 3 generations. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Elevator was so helpful for moving in and out. Since the weather was iffy, we got a lot of use out of the indoor pool. There are tons of dishes and utensils, (no large bowls, though) and lots of TV’s, too. The main living room had comfortable furniture, and the dining room table is huge. Extra appliances were useful. Beach access is a 3-4 minute walk away. The beach chairs at the house came in handy. Jackie, the rental agent, was very responsive, which was good, because we did have a few issues. The roof leaked into the kitchen on our first night, but Jackie had a roofer there first thing the next morning. Whatever he did fixed the problem. As a result of the leak, part of the kitchen ceiling is sagging, which kind of freaked us out at first. It was stable for the week we were there, but obviously needs attention. There were several deliveries (mattresses, refrigerator) for various reasons during our week, and Jackie was on hand every time. Some of the floor tiles are chipped, leaving somewhat sharp uneven spots you need to watch for. We definitely enjoyed our stay, but there a few things that need attention.
