New and very clean rental with added surprises of Dove shampoo conditioner soap. The refrigerator ice marker was not working. Quick and friendly response when we encountered no running hot water. Overall would definitely stay again!

This property is a home outside your home. Everything was perfect, clean and well keep; the furniture, beds and kitchen is as you may except from your own home (no cheap quality for rental purpose). The location is very convenient to visit Moab as well as nearby National Parks, and the community is very nice for families. The check in process and communication worked without any issues. Will come back for sure to any visit to Moab.

There is plenty of room for all of us. They are well managed and taken care of. I will continue to stay in them when we return to Moab.

It was a lovely two level duplex with plenty of room. Had everything we needed in the kitchen including a rolling cooler that went in the back of our vehicle each day. huge help. Had a smoke detector battery go off and they came by within half an hour of calling and had it fixed. Very responsive. Pool was right across the street. Very convenient to Needles (45 min south), Arches (20 min north), and Canyonlands (45 minutes north), and 10 minutes south of town. Place was very clean. Beds super comfy. Great view from living room and porch to enjoy with coffee. Would absolutely highly recommend .

Great community and Perfect for us and friends doing a Jeep trip to Moab. Others on our trip stayed in homes nearby. The home well stocked and very clean. Super convenient and quiet.

The property is exactly as listed and made for a great stay! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and dining. The interior is clean, welcoming and comfortable. The pool and playground are conveniently located right outside of the garage and the views are amazing! The location was convenient for going to Arches National Park, Canyonlands and Hole in the Rock. There are a lot of stores, restaurants and activities in the area but the property itself is quiet and serene. I would highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay here in Moab! The property was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager responded immediately when we had difficulties with WiFi. The pools were clean and well maintained and were conveniently located just across the way. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in quite a few rental properties and this one was by far the cleanest we have even been in. It’s right by the pool which is great for kids. The property was comfortable and has everything you need.

Beautifully decorated, awesome garage, steps from pool! This fully update condo was a perfect stay for our two nights in Moab. Gorgeous kitchen, top of the line beds that were very comfortable, amazing views. Wonderful rental company. They even helped us find our daughter’s teddy bear in the top bunk and mailed it back to us! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a 5 star stay!

Very convenient location for us to visit Arches & Canyonlands. Nice neighborhood/community. The pool area had two pools and a hot tub we enjoyed. Bonus things I didnt see in description that we used was the xbox in the loft and the bathroom showers did have shampoo/conditioner/body wash like a hotel. Tons of towels too. We also appreciated the above and beyond communication. The text with a link to all the info was so much better than going through old emails. The check out process was so simple too compared to other rentals weve stayed at. Cant recommend enough!

Good location. Stayed there a year ago. Could use a deep clean, no dishwasher pods, dish soap.

Bedding was excellent and plenty of quality towels. Communications with Makenna’s is superb. From initial rental, to check-in/out the team communicates very well. One minor complaint is the TV system in condo. It’s wonky! Couldn’t get many basic cable channels like ESPN. Many hidden behind paywalls. The staff was very responsive to walking us through it but still annoying for some in our group. Highly recommend this condo and Makenna’s!

The pool being so close was a great amenity with the kids. Only thing I would say is the internet speed was lacking, most devices were struggling on the WiFi.

We really enjoyed this place! This was one of those places where I had that feeling of wishing I owned it. That doesn't happen at all vacation rentals, just the really special ones. My son really enjoyed feeling like he had the upstairs to himself.
