I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great unit, great location. Only a few minor items and it would have been perfect. In priority order1. Water pressure seemed low i.e the master shower was very weak, maybe a new shower head or a pressure issue not sure2. Everytime the AC kicked on, it would make a loud thump, like a solenoid engaging, and it woke me up sometimes. Never heard an AC unit do that3. My son said the second bedroom upstairs mattress was too softHaving said that, I would stay here again, but it would great if those minor issues were looked at.

Stayed May 4, 2025We loved this little gem!! Pictures were accurate. It was very clean and the added touches were very thoughtful (soap, paper towels, trash bags, small toiletries, etc)…just what we needed for a short stay. The view was lovely. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the dunes. The beach was perfect…flat and great for walking. The host was more than accommodating for us! No doubt we will be back.
