Very comfortable house with space for our family. Close to the beach, easy to get to town. All amenities and details are thought through. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s beautiful home in the Santa Barbara area. It was clean, comfortable, and truly had everything we needed for a relaxing trip with our two dogs. The location was perfect—close to the beaches and downtown, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Mark was an excellent host: extremely helpful, responsive, and thoughtful, checking in to make sure we were comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend

Decorated up for Christmas this was a wonderful place in Santa Barbara. Mark has thought of everything there's nothing missing and I noticed how sharp the kitchen knives were - thats great attention to detail. Location is hard to beat with Vons just 3 minutes away. Cute little bakery by Vons btw. House is right off a fairly busy road but honestly we didn't hear anything. Loved it!

Wonderful stay! Great location and a perfect and comfortable place to stay in Santa Barbara. The home had all the amenities for a short or extended stay. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms had all the extras like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels, etc.Washer and dryer, cleaning supplies if needed.The kitchen had everything for cooking! Ample amounts of dishes, utensils, cups, glasses, serving bowls and plates. The coffee maker, coffee, teas and extras were a nice surprise. The outdoor space was great and we spent a lot of our time together there. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. We will be back to stay for our next visit to Santa Barbara.

This was the perfect stay for our family. The house had everything we needed, beautiful, friendly neighborhood, close to the ocean and down town SB. We are already planning our next visit.

This place was beautiful, just as pictured and in such a perfect location. It is so well stocked and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space is very pet friendly and a perfect space that also made morning walks right to the beach so perfect. The neighborhood is so peaceful. I would stay here again, without question.

Girls weekend with daughter in laws, sister and niece. House was clean, comfortable and great location. Definitely would stay again.

Had a marvelous time at this lovely home. The home had everything you could possibly need or want. So well stocked. Mark, the host, was so responsive to our questions and provided so much useful information about dining, things to do, etc. The backyard is so private and lush. We had 2 dogs with us and they loved it! The beach is just a few blocks away so easy to walk to. Great overall location!

An excellent trip which was enhanced by the beautiful house and yard where we had a great time with our dogs. Would 100% recommend it for families with pets.

And we'll be back.This is a great place. Were stayed 2 weeks our family and pup who all loved the location. Minutes walk to Shoreline Park and Ledbetter Beach. Close to markets on Cliff Dr.Very close to Santa Barbara City College.Some in our family walked to Stearns Wharf and State Street. Easy drives for the rest of us. Lots of space and comfortable.Outdoor grill with family table.Excellent friendly and responsive host.We'll be back

From the outside, this may look like many other beach houses, but inside, it is amazing--with great dark wood and beach decor. The backyard is a tropical paradise that my 6 year-old granddaughter LOVED. We were just a few blocks form the beach and convenient to everything. House has all you need including boogie boards and beach towels. Wish we could have stayed longer. Host Mark was VERY responsive to every question. Stay here!

My family and I attended a wedding in Santa Barbara and stayed at this property in May 2025. We were blown away at the charm, convenience, location, and overall quality of the property and amenities. The host was extremely communicative and answered all of our questions promptly. He even had several suggestions for things to do that weekend in the area. All of the rooms included all the amenities necessary, everyone felt safe and comfortable. And being less than a mile from the ocean, made it the perfect location. Would highly recommend for adult adults, families, or anyone staying in the area

The host was gracious, quickly responsive, and had great offers/suggestions for thingd to do. The property had a great location for us to do what we wanted, made our dogs very happy, and was wonderfully supplied with what we wanted. We would certainly return!

This is one of the top home rental I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot, domestically and overseas. What puts this rental over nearly all others is the attention to details that create an extremely comfortable stay. Some details are as simple as a coat rack and hooks to hang coats and towels. Every comfort was addressed and delivered. Auto night lights to light the upstairs stair case in the dark, well stocked kitchen, coffee bar, bottles of water, a local bottle of wine. Very clean and fresh towels and linens. Outstanding in my experiences. Thank you.

This house was perfect for our family. Every had their own space. We loved the kitschy decor and the back yard was lovely. Host could not have been nicer. Would definitely rent this place again.

This property is everything claimed. Mark, the host, is on top of it! The property is nice, well equipped, easy to live in, and immaculately clean. We only used the bed in the master bedroom, but it was quite comfortable. We would definitely stay in this property again.

The home was absolutely perfect. The amenities were great and decorated beautifully.

These six ladies reconnected at our 50th College Reunion at Davidson College in NC. It was a magical 3 days with these ladies from all over the US. Propert was fantastic. From the linens, to the welcoming wine from Fess Parker to doggie treats and coffee. MARK you are AMAZING!

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home and it met all of our needs for the weekend! Three bedrooms, plus the large loft gave us plenty of room to sleep, but also lots of space in living area and back yard for enjoying our time together. Host was quick with emails, check in/out was smooth, everything was better than advertised. The slightest negative would be couch beds - we added extra blankets for padding. Cute decor everywhere, nice dishes, large fridge. Thank you Mark for sharing your lovely home with us!

We have stayed in many properties during our travels. Mark's property stands out as truly exceptional. The location is wonderful, within walking distance of the beach. The home is comfortable and extends into a lovely backyard which our golden retriever loved. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and we really enjoyed the coffee bar' set up in the kitchen. We also had the added bonus of a wonderful pet sitter right across the street. We will definitely consider it for future travels to the area.
