10 Min to the Beach! King Bed, Walk In Shower, Pet Friendly, Spacious Parking

The house location, as noted in a few reviews, is in a less than ideal neighborhood however we did not experience any issues, it was quiet and the neighbor was friendly. It’s nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable. The matter is spacious and 2nd bedroom upstairs shared a very large bathroom that was nice. The 2 bedrooms downstairs were close in size as well with a shared average side bathroom. Downside- All was clean except the floors, swept but not clean. Kitchen was lacking typical items one would have at home but I contacted and they had some items delivered however the stove didn’t work and they did not replace it during our 7 day stay. It costed way more than expected to accommodate our family in having to eat out and throw away food we purchased when we arrived because we couldn’t prepare it. The living room is very small, sunroom has no AC so it was hot. Also only master has a tv so makes relaxing in it room with some tv impossible. I tried to give the opportunity for them to make things right, but only got a message of sorry, a small credit and thanks for the info. Spent several hundred additional just to prepare some food items with a portable burner, griddle, etc we had to buy and eat out way more then we wanted to. Maybe if they take recommendations you’ll have a better experience.

The kitchen, and upstairs bathroom were standouts.

We stayed at the property for 3 weeks and few issues encountered during the first week include dishwasher out of order, foul smell in the kitchen, water leak when kitchen counter sink was used to wash dishes , stove burners were partially functional. Overall the communication with the owner was prompt , however it took one week for someone to come and fix the issues listed above. Week 2 and 3 went smooth , and the owner offered late checkout upon request. Since we booked the stay for 3 weeks and it was too late to cancel we stayed at the property , however considering the location of the property , it was not safe enough for family and kids to stay . Besides had to stay release here on the first weekend as the smell in the kitchen was unbearable.

The place was ok for a night.

The property was as described. Beds were super comfortable. Close to the beach and other places of interest.
