10-Bedroom Escape with Fenced Yard and Games

Great stay here. Charles is a fantastic host, very easy to communicate with. The house is great, it was able to sleep 18 of us incredibly comfortably. Seems like a great neighborhood and the location is perfect for a ton of amazing Columbus spots. If you have a big group don't look any further.

Overall both homes were nice, but needed some TLC. Examples: door knobs not secure, some stains on bedding, one bathroom had no window covering and bath mat (visible to neighbors), one deep stair case in one house had no handrail.Communication with the owner was very slow. He did send us new sheets, blankets and extra towels a day into our trip to accommodate our group. Things to note: Not enough kitchen supplies for large groups so pack larger pots and extra paper products. Coffee maker is a Keurig machine. It would have been helpful if the rooms provided some storage space or side tables to organize belongings. Hot tubs were wonderful especially during the cold nights!

It was nice and simple, everything went smoothly except one of the sides the upstairs showers couldn't be used or it would leak into the bottom bathroom.

The house was perfect our group! We had an incredible time staying here with easy access to the Ohio State campus and fun activities.

Our stay couldn't have been more wonderful. Not only was the entire duplex cozy and welcoming, but the location and being walking distance to cafes was a wonderful addition. Charles was a great host and made our stay in Columbus perfect. Everyone in my group raved about the home and the location, and I'd highly recommend it to any group looking for a place to stay while in town.

Everything was wonderful we had one event….. a bat flew out of basement and scared everyone…. But the men got it out…. After we ran we laughed all night about it….. house was wonderful

We had a large family reunion, so this property was perfect for us. Plenty of room for everyone and well appointed as well. It is also very cetrally located in Columbus, which made it convenient to get around.

The property was in a decent area, walkable to a hiking trail and some coffee shops and restaurants. The property manager was also relatively easy to get in touch with and helped us as numerous issues arose during our stay. The place looked nice at first glance but the longer we stayed in the place, the more we realized the serious need for the owner to repair and clean it. Unfortunately, the duplex itself was very rundown and dirty. A leaky fridge, broken closet doors in all bedrooms, the second floor bathroom leaking into the downstairs bathroom were just a few of the many repairs needed in this duplex. Additionally, the floors were filthy upon arrival. One bedroom had glitter all over the floor. Our feet and socks were stained black after walking through the property. The white towels were also stained, so it was unclear if they had been washed prior to our stay. Overall, this property is in need of serious repair and cleaning. I would recommend this place only once this has been accomplished.

A group of leaders from our church were attending a conference at the convention center. The full house granted us more affordable lodging for everyone. House was clean and worked well for our group. Host was great with communication.

We had an amazing stay. The house was massive and we had more than enough space for everyone. The hot tub and outdoor space was so nice! Thanks for making our trip to Columbus to comfortable.

Charles was very responsive. The houses were spacious. Kids loved the hot tubs. There was plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of 14. Housekeeping was lacking as the top floor in One of the houses. The floor was covered in dog hair. One of the children was highly allergic to dog hair and woke up with swollen eyes. In that particular side the towels smelled like vomit. We did take care of that immediately since there is a washer and dryer on site. Our wish list, The bedrooms and bathrooms could have used storage (ie: hooks, shelves) Kitchen equipment to accommodate a rental home with the capacity of 14 people (such as casserole dishes, large mixing bowl, large cookie sheet, etc.)

Great stay for our family for Christmas

Clean, updated, well apportioned, had everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and friends.

Nightmare. Vomit on the walls, blood on multiple towels, house was overall filthy even though the cleaning service had just left as we arrived. This house was inhabitable and our group of 13 with young children was forced to find a hotel during an extremely busy weekend in Columbus.
