<1 Min WALK to Beach, Heated Pool, Modern Oasis, 5 bedroom, 8 beds, 4 bathrooms

The pool, canoe and kayak were favorites with our family as well as fishing, all right outside the house. Spacious, clean and well equipped, nothing lacking. We had the best time with the whole family of all ages.

Had a wonderful stay. Home had everything we needed and more. We traveled with a large group a toddler and the crib, high chair, wagon and pool toys really simplified things. Great location just minutes from the beach and state park. Also close to las olas but far enough away that you didn’t feel like you were in the middle of the congestion / nightlife.

An outstanding scenic and serene location just one block from the beach. The home is as impressive and inviting as pictured in the photos. The kitchen is well - equipped and the family room could not be better for a large group to watch movies or sports. The pool is good-sized and kept at a good temp for a winter swim. Beach chairs and gear are in great shape. I recommend this property very highly.

Kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Outside grill was great! Pool was perfect in temperature. Nearby beach was amazing! With 10 of us there, we never got in each other’s way! Beautiful and very spacey home! We already miss being there!

The kids liked the water in the back yard, they used the kayaks and canoe.

Perfect location! Upstairs bedrooms could not get cool enough. Lots of room. Nice Kitchen.House needs attention and some maintenance. broken lamps, slider doors difficult to open. half painted doors, broken ceiling fans outside patio.

Had to rent a house in FTL large enough for two families and for entertaining my extended family and friends for a Shiva following a funeral. The house accommodated two families with 5 college-age kids and my mother, totaling 10 people. Daniel was great with the communication and instructions, and when we needed a server/housekeeper for the Shiva, he recommended Marianna who changed her schedule to help us. The setting behind Birch State Park was amazing. There were enough separate seating areas where nobody was on top of each other and had room to separate. Under the circumstances, we had a great experience and feel fortunate the house was available when we needed it. I look forward to staying there again under better circumstances.

Perfect location near beach and state park. House accommodated 14 people including 3 small children. Kitchen, common areas and outdoor space were great. Loved the pool and beach toys and equipment. The visiting Muscovy ducks made a bit of a mess on the deck and racoons made disposal of garbage difficult. The hostess very responsive and even brought us baby gates. We would return to this property!
