Great stay!

This property is outstanding in every aspect. Extremely clean, well stocked, my family fully enjoyed our time both at the home, and surrounding Narragansett area. Robin is very communicative, nice and accommodating.

Our host was more than welcoming and helpful. The house was exactly as marketed. Very clean, everything worked, the beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for our three families. Plenty of parking for our four cars. We would definitely stay again.

The house is wonderful, with plenty of room to sit and eat together as well as multiple areas to hang out. And it is well equipped with everything you could need.

Five women on a getaway...loved our location and the house fit our needs to a T. Spacious, with separate bathrooms for each of us, VERY well-equipped kitchen, and we were thrilled at the generous supply of bathroom towels! Would definitely recommend!

This house was WELL stocked, immaculate, spacious and a great location to everything we needed for our daughters wedding in narragnasett. We utilized the outdoors and large clean, clear garage for rehersal dinner and preperation for all of the girls the day of wedding. Robin, our host, was very quick to answer any questions we had and very accommodating to anything we had asked of her. Great space for 2 families or a weekend away w several couples!

What a beautiful house with amazing location. We had everything available to enjoy a wonderful weekend with family and friends celebrating my wife’s milestone birthday. The house was super clean and layout was perfect for the celebration along with areas for quiet times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

We had the most amazing stay at this house near Scarborough Beach! The home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—truly above and beyond any other rental we’ve ever had. There was plenty of space, making it perfect for a family vacation, and it felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Robin, the host, was incredibly accommodating and made everything so easy for us. We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area and would not hesitate to stay here again

Loved this property! Clean, incredibly spacious, great location. Communication with Robin was fantastic, she went above and beyond during our stay. House is very well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Our group agreed the house felt much bigger than it did in photos. The addition over the garage is perfect for some added privacy while not being inaccessible from the rest of the group. Would recommend this place!

Incredibly well appointed with ALL necessitiesfor a summer vacation: multiplebeach towels, umbrellas, chairs, corn hole game. Kitchen items:Wine glasses dishes platters pots and pans baking items plenty of silverware waffle iron coffee station with several types of coffee pots including Keurig and French press. Very clean! Pretty much anything and everything you would want for a magnificent time away!!!Robin was immediately responsive to any concern we had.

Absolutely stunning property. The house was beautiful! The host was very responsive. Everything you could possibly need was provided—a truly luxurious home.

We are 6 women who went to high school together and we enjoy a long weekend away once in a while. This house was perfect! Besides being immaculate, there was so much room, it was comfortable for everyone and we had an awesome time. Robin was delightful to work with and I would highly recommend this property for your time away.

Beautiful property, host was very helpful. She responded almost immediately to all of my questions. The house is massive and plenty of space hit the wedding party.

This house was so beautiful. We had plenty of room for my large family and it was spotless. You do not need to bring anything to cook with. There was everything you needed as far as plates, cutlery and pots and pans. There is a separate coffee bar and then a cocktail bar. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Great location, perfect house for a trip to RI and BI!

This is a beautiful home (with So much space!!) that had everything we needed. Robin is lovely to work with and the community is gorgeous. At the end of our stay, I already had my friends and family asking when we would be coming back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We have now rented twice from Robin, the host. This house did not dissapoint, just like the other. Very spacious,so much room for everyone and everything. Loved that we were able to bring our dogs.

We had 13 family members staying at the farm. We had an additional 10 folks that came over for Thanksgiving day dinner. The house was very well equipped to handle this crowd. We all enjoyed it and had a wonderful holiday!

Very large, spacious and clean! Perfect for a larger group and ideally located!

We stayed with a larger group on this property and there was ample parking and sleeping arrangements for everyone. The house was clean and had everything that we would need. It was a great place for us to hangout and was a reasonable drive to places around Narragansett and Newport.

It was a great stay and so close to the beach!

The house has a great layout with 3 separate sleeping areas that make it ideal for multiple families. There were plenty of linens, beach chairs and toys, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was our second time renting this house and let me tell you, this year with the work that was done to it, the house was awesome! The new living room area was great. This house is definitely worth renting!

There were 12 adults and 5 children. Robin went out of her way to accommodate our needs! She provided 3 pack and plays which was a huge help. The kitchen is extremely well equipped Plenty of towels for everyone! There was a slight issue and Robin responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was really clean and the a/c was left on so when we entered the house it felt good on a hot sunny day. Bedrooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. The decor and the furniture of the house was nice and comfortable. Location is Ok, it was about 8 min drive for stores or beach.
