Stayed Mar 1, 2026The home is very nice, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood it is in is quiet and walkable for exercise. The check in was easy but you will not receive the entry instructions until close to your stay begins. We were two hours out from arriving and hadn’t yet received anything. We received it about 15 minutes before. There is no welcome book that we found. I’m not used to not having one to refer to for information where things are and how items in the house work. We made the mistake of doing dish wash half hour before we had to leave and after we left I read we needed to have it done and dishes put away. Oh well, sorry we missed that. Home is equipped with kitchen cooking and dining supplies and very nice washer and dryer. Tv instructions would be nice for us geriatrics who don’t have a Roku tv, there was a learning curve for us.

Stayed Feb 8, 2025The property was generally as described, and the house was clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, there were a couple of significant issues that impacted our experience.First, the listing included pictures of a hot tub, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Unfortunately, it was not working during our stay, which was a huge disappointment. We were looking forward to using the hot tub and lanai after a round of golf, so this was a major letdown.Speaking of the lanai, the space didn’t feel as inviting as we expected. It could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning and additional furniture. There was only one very small table with four chairs, which felt a bit sparse for the size of the area.While the house itself was comfortable and well-equipped, these issues left us feeling a bit dissatisfied with the overall value of the property.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024Overall everything was great except the hot tub did not work, the propane tank was empty. There was no grill, we had to go out and buy one. No trash cans either, left trash bags in the garage.
