Great location we could have drove everywhere we went or even walked to some but chose to use lift instead they was always available and average of 12 we enjoyed the fenced in back yard and comfy couches for relaxing. the host was very fast to respond with any questions we had mostly just recommendations on good places to eat.

We arrived after an 8-hour drive with two young children and my parents, and unfortunately decided not to stay. The check-in process was stressful. We struggled with the lock in complete darkness, using only my phone’s flashlight. When I called the host for help, his response was impatient and unkind, which made the situation worse after a long travel day.The neighborhood also did not feel safe for our family. Many nearby houses were very run-down, the street was dark, and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car outside overnight. My children stayed in the car while I tried to get inside, which was not a good experience. It felt like walking into a scary movie — very uncomfortable. The host’s attitude was arrogant, talking down to me the entire time, with zero compassion.Inside, the property was clean and prepared for guests, but the photos make it look larger than it really is. The kitchen, dining space, and backyard are all quite small. We also noticed a number of large ants in the kitchen.Overall, while the house itself was tidy, the combination of the location, the host’s communication, and the pests meant it wasn’t the right choice for us. We left and stayed at a hotel instead.

This house is as nice as described. Beautiful updates to what seem to be an mid-twentieth century house but still held onto the charm. Quiet neighborhood. Well-appointed, with everything you need in the kitchen. We usually started the morning porch-sittin with a cup of coffee. Nice back yard to sit and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Great location; you can walk to the Falls or even cross over to Canada if you're up for it. Everything you need is within close proximity.

My stay was lovely. Pictures were accurate. I needed support from the owner and received prompt, friendly assistance. I had a gentleman at the house within 5 minutes to assist with some lighting. The proximity to the Niagara Falls State Park is amazing. The neighborhood is a bit run down but the whole city seems thay way. People we met were so kind and friendly and never felt unsafe.

Mid century charming duplex, clean and very well maintained. I love houses that have sole and a little attitude. Our stay was over the weekend for sightseeing. Neighborhood seemed rundown but we had no problems, it was quiet and pleasant. Location of the house is about 15 minutes walk to the State Park. With plenty nature trails along the river. Note: if you eat healthy - bring food with you and cook at the house, kitchen has everything you need, and I mean everything.

This was a great trip to NY and the property made it very welcoming. Very clean, spacious and homey. The backyard was nice and private with plenty of wood for the fire pit. The downside comes when you step outside. The surrounding area is not what you would expect, the town feels very abandoned. Once you get to downtown Niagara it feels more normal again but if you enjoy morning walks, go to the river for your walk, lol.
