Stayed May 8, 2025When we arrived at Gardenia House we were greeted with wonderful details about the area and home. It was extremely clean and lots of space. we got to enjoy the outdoor space for a limited time due to the weather. Next trip we hope to be able to utilize the amazing space more. This owner did not skimp on any detail or leave anything out of the home. Thanks for allowing us a great space to be close to family for our Dad’s 80th birthday. This home has lots of space and would definitely stay again! The extra touch of the care package was a nice surprise. Thanks again!

Stayed Apr 25, 2025Our family enjoyed this beautiful home while in town for Mom’s 80th birthday. Quiet, close to everything with lots of spaces to gather. Clean and with all the amenities we needed. Lots of extra towels, games, drink ware. Wish we could have stayed a month and dug into the library !

The interior of the house was beautifully decorated and super comfortable with plenty of space for family. The cleanliness was immaculate. Super location, to pools, Sumter Landing Square.
