1- Historic Music Row - The Music City Collection

This property is beautiful, updated, well-maintained and very clean. Neighborhood is gentrifying and had a mix of updated, upscale homes such as this one, and some that could use a little love. It was a very short drive to Broadway. There were restaurants within walking distance. Studio B was a couple of blocks over from the home and we enjoyed a tour there. Would definitely recommend this home for your Nashville stay. We would stay here again.

Absolutely the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed. The house was spotless. The meds were comfortable and the manager had excellent communication. This location is amazing. Not to far from Music Row in a safe location.

The house is perfectly located for daily walks and beautifully remodeled. Check in was easy. Good bedding. The listing indicated private parking but owners said parking was only in front of the house, which was always available for our three cars. Plan to rent it again.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay. Beautiful massive and so comfortable. Well equipped and super clean. We were able to walk into Nashville Broadway although Ubers super easy too. Loved it.

Perfect accommodations for three couples visiting Nashville! The house was exactly as pictured and absolutely beautiful! Nice neighborhood, easy walk to some local restaurants and bars. Short drive/uber to Broadway. Highly recommend!

The listing was exactly as described—accurate, clean, and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Everything was fine but 2 of the 3 stove burners that we tried wouldn't work. The bedroom on the top floor to the left had a pipe leaking under the sink which we had to put a bowl under, as well as bugs around the bathroom sink, a sink faucet that was loose and a shower/tub spout that isn't attached to the shower wall. We were also expecting one more bedroom which turned out to be a loft instead.

Beautiful house with all of the amenities you would need! Restaurants and coffee shops only a short walk away! Also short Uber rides to everything downtown Nashville. Will definitely stay again!

Everything about the place is great. Location was perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood to get away from all the noise but walkable to local bars. If I come back, would love to stay here again. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home.

Had a great weekend ..house was very clean and comfortable.

The house was great and the host team was very responsive. Especially loved the sitting area upstairs which was perfect for getting some alone time. And just three blocks away, we found Sadie’s, a Mediterranean restaurant with a tasty, healthy menu. The location of the house was perfect for getting to other restaurants and grocery stores and attractions.

Great location, very comfortable, kitchen well appointed, good parking, quiet neighborhood. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom provided plenty of privacy

3 couples took a quick spur of the moment get away. We came upon this place shortly before we went. It was way more than we could have expected!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!

The house is beautiful. Would recommend a stay here. Few things to mention is there was no remote for the bedroom tv or bathroom and the inquiry for it was never provided. Also note the ice machine in fridge does not work so might want to buy ice. Providing ice cube trays would have been appreciated for guests. One upstairs ceiling fan did not work. We were hoping to watch live sports but did not know how to livestream from phone.. Laura was prompt at replying.

This is even better than the pictures and exceeded our expectations x100. The house is stunning, had everything we needed and was extremely clean. Beds were super comfortable, living space furniture was too. Nice neighbourhood, very quiet. Street parking was easy, we never had a problem. Can’t say enough good things, we would definitely recommend and stay here again.

My husband and I plus his 3 brothers and their wives loved having 3 bedrooms that all have their own bathroom.
