Great location and good beach house

Excellent location. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Very attentive when we had any questions or concerns. Looking forward to coming back to this house again!!!

Wonderful location and set up for 4 separate family units. Close to the beach and restaurants. Suggestion if the yard were fenced in it would be better for young children and dogs. A hook for clothes and a shelf for soaps would help in the outdoor shower. Great time had by all.

Wonderful location and perfect house for a group of 12! Had the best stay. Walking distance to the beach and to great restaurants/bars. Could not stop talking about what a perfect house and location we were at!

We had a great time! The beach passes and beach equipment were awesome, the house had a huge backyard and very comfortable bedrooms, and the location was great.

We booked this house for a group of friends for a wedding and it was perfect! Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and parking. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and town center.

1 Block Ocean is truly a Lovely home away from home. Ours 3 families 6 adults. 4 children under 10 yeas old and a 2 month old baby enjoyed this home so much. The Host (Robin) was great with communication, Robin helping and generously offered us to check in early. Although We cheded in at after 3pm, but knowing the checking early offering made us feel at ease. The beds were very comfortable. Very nice scenery walking to the town beach with free passes.

Robin was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions. The house is even more beautiful in person! You can see the ocean from the front porch. Could not have picked a better location. I will be returning!

Our friend group enjoyed our stay! The location is fantastic, walking distance to so many great spots and the beach, right along one of the main bus routes as well (if the bus shows up - slight issue for us). Some of the sheets seemed a little worn/stained, but otherwise the house was very clean and had everything we could have ever needed. The inside gathering spaces may not fit all 12 people, but the weather was great and we just used the backyard as our main hang out spot which was perfect. Cannot wait to return to Narragansett, such a beautiful spot!

Had the best time ever at this rental, everything was extremely clean when we checked in. The place looks exactly like the pictures, with a backyard that’s perfect for the summer time. Also a short walk from the shops and the beach, you can’t beat this rental!

Great house. Convenient to beach, restaurants,walking. Shopping 5 minutes away. Only negative was that first floor didn't have a living room. 4 bathrooms was perfect. Quiet block also.

This was the perfect house for my bachelorette weekend, plenty of room and great indoor and outdoor space for everyone to comfortably hang out! Everything was nicely provided for the beach and the location was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again, thank you!

Two families traveling from Iowa. Kids loved having the upstairs all to themselves. Appreciated all the gear for the beach - towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas etc. Highly recommend.

Third time at the house and will continue to go back, can walk to beach, restaurants and shops....plenty of sleeping and great yard, what more can you want.
