We loved the inside. It’s very clean and updated. The beds were comfy

New carpet was a plus. Need to update kitchen items as it’s very limited and dishes have chips. Would have been nice to have laundry detergent. Coffee was bold, too strong for us.

The property is conveniently located and close to the bay.

The hostess did not communicate after I emailed her. I had to call her. Then she gave me the wrong apartment. She gave me the code and I walked in and there were other people's belongings in the apartment. She gave me another place but the whole place smelled old and stale. Both bedrooms smelled like urine and sweat. The bathroom was moldy. It was too late to get a different night stay because everything was booked up. The old building is actually a doublewide trailer or manufactured home. I would not recommend this place.

This was a neat, quiet property. It was close to a nice walking path that skirted the harbor area. The apartment was neat and tidy, and the lawn was freshly mown. I would recommend this spot and stay here again!

Squeeky clean with plenty of amenities. Bedrooms were a bit small, but the rest of the property made up for it.

The property is located very close to bay, but away from the town. If you do not have car, this property is not for you.

The property was very clean and perfect for our one night stay in Seward. We love the fact that it was near the ocean and nearby to everything that we needed to be at in our reservations.

This place is all about location. The beach, some shopping, and restaurants are all walkable. The place was small but clean and comfortable. The 4 of us who stayed were comfortable.

What a wonderful evening to spent enjoying the Reservation Bay view with the binoculars to look for wildlife! The mountains were alive in the apenglow of the evening sun. We even saw seals from the balcony! Perfect space for a grandmother and two grandchildren. They loved it as much as I did and for teenagers to say that, you know it's a good place to stay! Close to the bay to explore, close to restaurants, close to events to go and see. What more could you ask for!

A great little place within walking distance to basically everything Seward has to offer downtown. There is only heat in the living area so if you tend to get cold and are visiting during the shoulder/colder seasons, it’s something to consider. The place was clean and having laundry was a really great bonus! Thanks for hosting us!

Great location in central Seward. If you are traveling with campers this place is great! Just a block from the RV park and close to the playground. Spacious for a family of 3. All the amenities you need for a weekend away.

The property is small. The couch is not very comfortable. The washer and dryer are fantastic. All in all, this place is okay. It could use a little updating.

Quaint little spot - as advertised. Not much space for a family of four but worked great for our brief visit in Seward. Bed wasn’t too comfortable; otherwise, no complaints. Very nice experience.

My overall impression is good. However, the first night we were concerned with the Neighbor dogs barking off & on until 1030 at night. After that, it was quiet. Also, one of the bedroom doors wouldn’t shut. But overall, we were very happy with everything else. The location was great for us. Thanks for being so speedy with bringing us more coffee. It was much appreciated.

Cute small place near water’s edge!

The place is in a convenient location and easily walkable to restaurants, shops, and the water. It was clean and had what we needed for overnight stay, but the furniture and decor were dated. Also, we didn’t get the address or check-in info until I reached out a couple hours before arrival, and there weren’t any checkout instructions provided. The host replied quickly when I messaged, but it would’ve been nice to have those details ahead of time.

Perfect for an overnight stay catching cruise ship in Seward. Conveniently located, well maintained.

We found this unit to be so cute and cozy. Beds are comfortable, and provided us a good nights rest. Location is perfect, quiet neighborhood and short walk to beach. Fit four of us perfectly.

We enjoyed several days here in Seward. The propoerty had enough beds for the entire family and we hung out in the living room at night relaxing and watching TV. Super conveniently located, just a quick walk to restaurants downtown, to the ocean, and in the opposite direction, to the marina where we took a boat tour and saw some amazing wildlife.

The only issue we had was something beeping in the middle of the night. Beeped 4 times then 12 seconds nothing then beep again. We looked for where it was coming from but could not find it.

Very much enjoyed our short stay. Location is great. Everything was as expected.

Nice place clean

I spent two nights here on a work trip. It was very clean, well-maintained, a block from Waterfront Park, and close to everything else. All the appliances worked well, it was stocked with coffee and tea, and the bed and couches were comfy!

This place is cute and quaint! Walking distance to everything. Beds are comfortable and host awesome communication!

Good: Communication with the property manager was great. He even allowed us to add one extra person to the reservation after we booked. He was amazing by allowing us to check in as soon as we got off the train which was so incredibly helpful. We received the code at an appropriate time before check in. It is 1 block from the bay and approximately 2 blocks from the cities free shuttle. People in the neighborhood seemed very nice and even offered us a ride when they saw us pulling our luggage. Bad: It was pouring down rain and we had to trek our luggage 2 blocks from the free shuttle, up hill. 3 of us are younger and it wasn't such and issue, but we had our mothers with us so that made things more challenging. The trailer was a bit run down but to be honest we were in a small Alaskan town so its different than a big city. The cleaning left a bit to be desired. There was a huge cobweb in the main bedroom, a dirty hand towel on the bathroom sink that I'm assuming the cleaning crew just forgot and the front bedroom and bathroom windows were left wide open so one of the beds had a huge wet spot from the rain pouring in. The neighbors wake early and are very chatty so since we shared a wall, we too were up early.
