1 bedroom house right on King Street in the heart of downtown Boone

We enjoyed our stay at this charming little cottage in downtown Boone. The house was clean and the linens were very nice. It was conveniently located so we were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely consider staying again.

Location was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The property is comfortable and enjoyable.

I have stayed here 5 or 6 times in the past year. It's located in downtown and a perfect location for touristy people like me. The pictures are accurate. The bedding is nice and comfy as is the bed. You won't go wrong here.

I've stayed here several times as you can't beat the location. I park and unpack and just walk to everything in town. You pay a little more for location, but it's well worth it. It's a cute cozy home.

Great location for a short walk into downtown Boone. Campus is also nearby. It was a comfortable stay and the host quickly responds to messages.

We've stayed at this property multiple times. Very clean, cozy, pet-friendly property. Walkable to downtown. Earthfare grocery just a block away for last minute purchases. It's our go to rental in Boone.

What a fantastic little find in the middle of Boone right off campus! It was a short stay, but we enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be returning for a longer visit!

Property is in a great location. We were within walking distance to downtown Boone. The weather was perfect so we spent a lot of time exploring. Home was clean and because it is setback from King Street which is always busy during the day, home was quiet. We had such a good time.

We love the cottage. It was perfect in every way. However, the tub drain stopper didn't work. Not a big deal. The location was perfect for us to walk to the college where our grandson was finishing music camp. Hpefully we'll be back. susan Hindman

Really loved the location - walkable to restaurants and shops downtown and easy to get to the Blue Ridge Parkway for hiking. Comfortable, clean place and pet friendly. Also loved that Earth Fare was walkable for easy, quick needs.

Everything was great

I have stayed here a few times over the years my daughter has been attending App State, it is a very convenient location to explore King street restaurants and shops and to visit App state, I highly recommend staying here or the 2 bdrm next to it

Can't complain. It has the basic amenties but, parking 'is tight', so they have an extra space next door. If you have a larger truck or suv, then next door might be better if others are parking. Also, i stayed here secetal weeks

You cant ask for a better location. Easy walking distance to everything downtown. Exceptionally clean. Parking is a bit tight unless you have a smaller car. I parked next door at a reserved spot for the property.

This was the perfect spot for move in at App State. We walked everywhere and never had to worry about parking. The house had everything we needed! Would stay here again!

What a great place to stay! I would give it 5 Stars but there was one thing that really made it tough to give 5 stars. First the great stuff: Location is hard to beat! Walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown. Love it! The place was SUPER clean. The renters were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Now the only issue we really had: We had 3 adults sleeping and I stayed on the pullout couch and let me tell you, don’t sleep on unless you have to. It was the most uncomfortable and loudest mattress (I think it’s just a mattress topper?) ever. Not good. Although not a deal breaker for me but for anyone who has ANY BACK ISSUES, absolutely do not attempt to sleep on it. I will say the king bed was super comfortable though! The only minor complaint after that is the place is very damp, a dehumidifier would be very helpful but other than that it really was wonderful. My daughter goes to App State and it was absolutely perfect for move in day and I would stay again if it’s just 2 adults next time. So even though I have 2 complaints please don’t let that keep you away unless you need a pullout mattress for sleeping!

The location was perfect! We could walk to everything we needed and wanted to do. Denise was amazing to work with! She was prompt with replies and provided great information. Parking was tight, but very manageable and there is another parking spot very close by if needed. We will happily stay here again, but we will bring a fan for the bedroom. I wish I could give 4.9 stars because the only issue I had was personal preference of airflow in the bedroom. Truly a neat spot!
