1 Bedroom / 1st floor Beachside House

Location was perfect!! Just a few steps from the beach. This unit was perfect for just the two of us. The only thing that was a little annoying was you could hear the people above us and it sounded like they were constantly walking around. That’s minor compared to location!!

Perfect cozy getaway location ! Very much enjoyed the convenience of having a private space with easy access to the beach as well as the local area up and down the A1A.

I love that the house was clean and inviting, the owner wants guests to feel at home on his property and it shows in the details. We were close to many restaurants and clubs but I must confess that I rarely went anywhere other than the beach right across the street. I will make every effort to stay on this property again when I return next year.

Fun being right on 1st Street and watching all the activity from the deck. We had all we needed for our stay, which was 3 days and too short.

Everything was very convenient; weather wasn’t what we hoped for but enjoyed being close to the beach again.

Great stay in Jax Beach! This property is exactly as described and as it appears in the photos. Perfect location for walking to the beach, walking to restaurants and bars, and people watching. More people and bikes on the road in front of the home than cars - so we never had a problem crossing the street. Mr. Sandoval was very attentive and responsive and great to deal with. This rental is definitely on our list of favorites and we hope to be able to stay there again on any future visits!

Cute little beach bungalow with an amazing location!! Not the most updated unit but had everything we needed for our stay. Neighbors upstairs were loud. People watching from the patio was amazing. Just a walk across the street and a small parking lot to the beach access. Walking distance to so many restaurants. Would stay here again.

Excellent in every way. Couldn’t find a better location, cleanliness, communication with owner or check in process. A true gem of a place.

Nice place, clean and comfortable! Cute decor . Good location 4 beach towels and 2 folding adult chairs, kids chairs and I think umbrella . Keurig and regular coffee pot. Liked having key pad door lock. Wish they had some hard plastic cups for sitting outside . We would just buy disposable for another stay here. Can hear the neighbors upstairs walking but wasn’t bad

As a construction worker, i noticed several flaws in the workmanship that went into the place, but definitely not a deal breker. We had a great time and its a great little getaway spot.

We loved EVERYTHING above this property: perfectly decorated,spacious,relaxing apartment within a quiet neighborhood close to the beautiful beach,family restaurants, parks,and shops. Very comfortable bed,well stocked kitchen, beach supplies available and lovely outdoor space. Highly recommend this vacation apartment!!
