This traditionally furnished seaside retreat is the perfect bolthole for a romantic seaside getaway. This pet-friendly holiday home looks straight out to sea across a path and the wide shingle beach, offering unrivalled views to its guests. Located near Hampton Pier on the western side of Herne Bay, you can stroll along the seafront path to the centre of town (1.5 miles) to check out the shops, cinema, restaurants, theatre and water sports facilities. If you want to plan a day trip, the popular resort of Whitstable is 4 miles from the property, and the town of Margate, home of the famous ‘Turner Contemporary’, is 12 miles away.


There are several steps up to the holiday home. Once inside, all of the accommodation is set out on one level. This single-storey wooden holiday home was built in 1895, a property of character which has been modernised whilst retaining its original charm. The comfortable sitting/dining room has cosy sofas, wood burner and a Smart TV, and the bay windows provide fantastic sea views, one with a table and built in wrap around seating, perfect for breakfast and the other with seating from which to take in the superb sea and sunset views. You can prepare tasty meals in the modern fitted kitchen and enjoy sociable meals at the dining table. This holiday home boasts a restful double bedroom and a contemporary shower room.


Outside, there is an enclosed and secluded rear patio area with garden furniture. At the front, there is a decked area with an unrestricted view of the sea.
