This rental was so adorable. Everything we needed it offered and more

For an affordable place to stay, we were satisfied. Many things took us by surprise, however, so maybe this review along with the others will prove useful for future renters. Upon arriving to the RV campground, we had about a 30 minute way filling out paperwork and paying the additional 10 fee. If you haven’t applied bug spray before this, now’s the time. Once inside the gates, we learned how populated this area is, but near the water and some might say cozy. We didn’t spend too much time at the rental, but we still needed to purchase basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. There wasn’t enough bedding for the futon couch to be used for this 6-person setup (we had 5). The outdoor kitchen and living area is where it’s at, thoughtfully setup and comfortable. Yes, there are neighbors in every direction but everyone kept to themselves and there weren’t any major disturbances. The small waterfront area with hammocks was a nice touch. The taco truck was never open so we didn’t partake in that amenity. The pool was a major highlight for our kids, but it was murky and quite small, so we waited out the crowds and made the best of it.

All good! Very happy with the rental. Especially the outdoor kitchen.

We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood and really loved the outdoor space. It was perfect for relaxing and for cooking our fresh catch.

This was a nice property, great communication and appreciated the ease of this whole transaction!We enjoyed the outside kitchen! The weather was perfect! Its a small but functional space. We were not at the trailor for anything but eati g and sleeping so it was perfect!

This place was exactly as described if not better! I have been going to the keys for years with my family and this was by far one of our favorite places to stay! The house was great, spacious & clean. It had everything we needed, and the amenities were even better on the premises!! We are already looking forward to our next stay! Thank you

Overall our stay was as expected, but started out on the wrong foot. The property manager contacted me the day before saying to let him know when we arrived. I sent him a text when we were about 10 minutes out, about 6pm, which was well after check-in time. We sat at the gate for a bit waiting for the previous arrival to be checked in. When it was our turn, the guard asked for our unit number we still didn't know ot. He did find our paperwork and gave us the unit number, bit he didn't have the lockbox code. The cleaning people hadn't put away the key in the lockbox properly and we were able to get inside. Gonzalo did finally contact us about 15 minutes after we were in.I've rented through VRBO many times, usually this information is given 24 hours in advance, or at least after the previous guests have left.The RV was clean, updated, matched the pictures. We didn't have any more issues. The beach/hammock area on the waterfront was a very nice place to hang out. The food truck was never open during our stay, so I cannot write to that. The menu looked good. The pool was excellent, slighty heated, really just perfect.

This mobile home is very cute, doable for two adults and a teenager, and the outdoor living area is absolutely fantastic. The kitchen is workable for small meals and snacks. The bathroom is very small, but is expected in a mobile home. We enjoyed how close to everything this is! Communication with the owner was outstanding. He is so pleasant and extremely responsive - we couldn't figure out how to work the outside TV and he helped us clear it up immediately.

We had everything we needed in this property. The campground was very secure with a nice swimming pool and place to view the sunset. The location was convenient to everything we needed. The outside kitchen/seating area was awesome!
