Walking distance to beaches and downtown

I've stayed here before and once again it was clean and well stocked. You just have to bring your clothes and everything else is provided. It is within walking distance of agate beach. It is a clean and comfortable environment.

We were definitely wowed! Our stay was happy and comfortable. The mobile home was very clean and well kept. The owners are super nice and thought of everything that you will need to make your stay an incredible one. There was all the stuff you would need for a dog and even tub toys for children, on top of all of the usual things that you need to run a household. It's also in town and just one block away from the campground.If you go a little further, you're on Agate Beach. I definitely give them 10 out of 10 stars for this place. Ty Walt and Christine.

We really enjoyed our stay at the retro trailer. Great area and the facilities were just what we wanted. Fully stocked with anything you would need to make your stay wonderful.

Check in was SUPER EASY. It was awesome staying a few yards from Lake Superior! Everything was supplied to you for everyday living (just like you were at home)! Clean, comfortable, easy parking, easy walking, quiet!

Clean, well-stocked, and comfortable home close to shops, campground, and the beach. We will be back!

The trailer was very well stocked. You shouldnt need to bring anything. Loved having a nice table and chairs outside and a nice firepit for a campfire. Trailer was comfortable for 6 people. Pictures of the site tend to make the trailer dark and dingy, so the trailer is nicer than it appears. There are a few soft spots on the floor and the bathroom door is in need of repair. Doesnt close/lock well. It has a window air conditioner in the dining area which cools the kitchen area well. The other rooms had fans, so they were a little toasty. The wifi and tv worked well. Enjoyed our stay. It is very close to Lake Superior and downtown. Nice quaint area with all your basic needs. Groceries, gas, souveniors,restaurant/bar,hardware and of course ice cream.

Perfect location, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Grand Marais

it was very clean and we felt comfortable there. Everything was stocked with things we might need. The door code issue I had when we arrived was taken care of immediately. Enjoyed our stay.

The location is great as it is just a few blocks to the beach and downtown. The property is in very good shape and well maintained. The amenities were great. As Walt said' We've got everything you might need. This was very true! This would be a great vacation spot for families with all ages of children or a couple. Jasper our dog enjoyed his stay too. They deserve a 5 star rating!

Roomy, clean, bed was extremely comfortable! I know it doesn’t look like much from the front yard, but the inside was charming and met my needs very well. Very close to everywhere I needed to go.

It was everything as described and more. The texting, arrival, accommodations, comfort were all very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this location, especially if you are traveling with your fur baby. The kitchen was better stocked than my own with accessories and appliances. The a/c worked well, the noise was extremely minimal on the street corner. Thank you Walk and Christine for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This property had everything we needed. It was very clean, roomy and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to the beach, as well as to a sweet little downtown.

We had a very relaxing time in Grand Marais. I was traveling with my husband, sister and 2 dogs. The mobile home was just as described. Check in was easy. We were even able to check in a little early. Our host was very quick to respond to questions. The mobile home was clean and well stocked. It had a nice size yard for our dogs and was conveniently located. I would definitely stay there again!

I have stayed at this property in the past and have always enjoyed it. The kitchen is well stacked for cooking, The location is perfect for walking to downtown and to the beach, And it is always spotless. I will continue to utilize the space until I have my own place in Grand Marais next year.

We have stayed here for several Labor Days now. We love the place, location, amenities, cleanliness,convenient location. Loved the recent updates to the place. We’ll be back.

Within walking distance of the little town shops and beach(less than half a mile). Plenty of space for the 4 adults, 2 kids. The full kitchen was nice and had more than enough dishes and utensils. They had a few condiments in the fridge and fixings for coffee as well. If I would have known how expensive and limited the local grocery store was I would have done a more thorough shopping trip before arriving. The unit has AC units in the living room, dining/kitchen area, and the main bedroom. It took about a day to get the whole place at a comfortable temperature. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the owers were very easy to communicate with!

After we killed a few pincher bugs and a moth all was good. Mattresses in smaller rooms could be a bit more comfy. But a cute place and served its purpose for our girls weekend get away.
