Stayed Oct 9, 2025This was the perfect location for visiting the park! You are a short 10-15 minute drive to the North entrance, but outside the city enough to feel like you were in the country, away from the crowds. The property is just beautiful and the house was very clean and well stocked. Warren and Chris were so kind and made every effort to make sure our stay was perfect! We will book here again if we return to this area.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025Very happy with this property. Had everything we needed to enjoy Yellowstone Park. Did not need to bring coolers for food & drinks, binoculars, bear spray, etc. House had an amazing view and property was only a short walk to the Yellowstone River. The owner could not have been nicer and gave us great tips on places to see bears and Bighorn sheep outside the park. Would stay again.

Stayed Aug 27, 2025This place was perfect for our Yellowstone trip. The directions were accurate and easy to follow. There was plenty of space in the house and the kitchen even had basic staples most places don't have; like plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Warren visited on our first evening to make sure we had everything we needed and provided tips to make our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to this area.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025This was the perfect place to stay. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for two couples. Communication with the owners was great and they were available if we needed anything. The house is in a nice quiet location just off the Yellowstone river and close to Gardiner. We were here for a family reunion at a larger house nearby and our family was a little envious of how nice this place is.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Don’t let the word “tiny” fool you. This lovely home has plenty of room to spread out and was perfect for my daughter, husband, and I. The Warren’s are so friendly and gracious. They are on site to answer any questions you have, but don’t invade your space. The house is perfectly situated to go to Yellowstone, Livingston or Bozeman. Chris has made a wonderful cozy space. The front porch is an amazing spot to stare at the mountains and sky and quite a few elk too! It’s very close to the Yellowstone so my husband enjoyed fishing. Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025This is the Gold standard for VBRO. Everything thought of well equipped. Amazing hosts and helpful with area sites and things to do. Took my two teenage grandsons to Yellowstone and we had the trip of a lifetime. Saw elk, deer, buffalo and Grizzly’s. Ask owner where to go to see the bears .

Stayed Jul 15, 2025The tiny house by the river is absolutely perfect! The owners are sweet and very helpful. Warren kindly gave us a tour of their entire property all the way down to a fire pit next to the river. The house has a lovely “great room” with kitchen and living room together. Comfortable seating for about 6 people. Kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances and hard surface countertops. Ultra clean. The two bathrooms are large snd spotless. The bedrooms are very homey with comfortable mattresses and clean bedding. To say we felt at home is actually an understatement! We were excited to come back every evening to relax and enjoy the home. Chris has all the supplies stocked you will need, not just kitchen tools either. There is plenty of paper goods including toilet paper, paper towels, ziplock bags, coffee filters, tissues, etc. the laundry room comes stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. There is an ample supply of beautiful white towels, washcloths and hand towels, not to mention beach towels if you need them. Oh, I need to mention the “travel” items supplied. A cooler, binoculars, and bear spray to use on your days in nature! I can’t say enough about this “home away from home”. The views are incredible including your very own herd of elk every evening across the road in a pasture!

Stayed Jul 5, 2025We loved this tiny house on the river! Beautiful views, convenient location, and stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. Chris and Warren were great hosts and we enjoyed their dog Jack as well. Fishing, cornhole, and axe throwing was a nice touch as well. Absolutely recommend their place and hope to be back again some day!

Stayed Jun 23, 2025The property and interior were beautiful. Very gracious hosts that we enjoyed talking to during our stay. The beds and bathrooms are pristine. Those views from the porch with a cup of coffee in the morning are unbeatable, and in the evening elk come around without fail! Great recommendations for hiking and bear watching from Warren. Important to note the A/C is just one window unit and a whole house fan system, so may be tough to keep things cool in the summer. Montana doesn’t get super hot though, and we were still comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Stayed May 30, 2025We have stayed in VRBO properties for years and my husband said this is his favorite! Very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Everything you would need is provided as well as extras - such as binoculars you can use to get an even closer look at the elk that come into the pasture across the road. Or bear spray if you want to hike. Warren is a wonderful host! We thoroughly enjoyed meeting him. He told us where to go to see grizzly bears and sure enough we saw a Mama and 2 cubs. We enjoyed the location and if we’re blessed enough to return we’ll definitely be staying there again!
