First of all, I could write a book on positive energy about host and Rental. Very clean, host is absolutely amazing with communication, very eager to please us and has immensely, really you couldn't ask for a better vacation rental the location is amazing you would think an RV would be hot with this 100 weather but absolutely not at all there are two air conditioners for this unit both work perfectly most importantly there's an awning over top of the RV which protects from Sun not one time will you ever step in sand or dirt as there is pavement from where you park all the way down to even the back where the grill is, it's set up beautifully there's a nice table picnic area with umbrella and spots to get some beautiful sun, the grill is beautiful everything works brand new here, it's luxury to us and we are kind of picky so this is 10 out of 10 perfect rating not just because the place is nice but the host is amazing as I said earlier. Sleeping quarters are great, beds are comfortable kids love the bunk beds, all amenities were professionally set like soap shampoo towels everything you could think of it's fully furnished and appliances in kitchen toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, pots and utensils Etc. Privacy exceeds Superior, security cameras, privacy fence which is looks to me 6 ft tall full privacy, so you can feel secure with your belongings parked out front on the property itself very secure, felt very cozy as is named.Highly recommended absolutely.

Absolutely amazing! We love this rental and will continue to come again. Is the most adequate setup for small family, all is top notch there's a lot of reasons to rent this place that I can't explain here since I'd be writing a book, but first and foremost host is very professional courteous and kind, Hospitality is impeccable, hands down five stars! Clean, easy access to everything we need and definitely cozy. Highly recommended, out of all the places I've stayed using VRBO this rental has the best price and quality. Thank you to The Host for being so professional with kindness and great personality.

Trailer is terrific for a mini stay. It has all the comforts if home. Very clean and host is wonderful and excellent in communicating quickly to any questions or requests. We will definitely stay again! Location very convenient to the area.

We stayed here for two weeks and had an excellent experience! The host was more than accommodating and helpful. She communicated quickly if we had any questions and was super understanding when we had an issue with my elderly father. Definitely recommend!

The RV was in a very secure location, it was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

Especially for the price, this was an excellent stay. Sleep was a bit of a challenge for two people. The bunk beds weren't comfortable, so for one of the sleepers it was hard to to get good sleep. Everything else was great, especially the help from the host.

I am a solo traveler and felt very safe. The host provided everything needed. My stay was perfect.
