Loved the tiny house layout. Very functional and spacious. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, Fenced yard and covered front porch are a huge bonus. Only two of us stayed but the loft was cool and would easily sleep another couple or kids. We stayed during winter and found the temperature was hard to regulate in the unit though. Only two mini split units and both are at the back over the room and loft. This left the living areas and kitchen always 10 degrees cooler than the rooms. I assume this is only an issue in the coldest and hottest months. HOT water seemed to run out quickly, but otherwise a great option to stay when in the area.

Our tiny house was wonderful! It was extremely clean and well stocked! The owners were so friendly and helpful. The location was about 5 minutes from Main Street and about 8 mins from arches national park, which was perfect for us.

We enjoyed the stay in this tiny home. It is very close to the main Moab Jeep trails and not far from arches national park. We appreciated all of the amenities, including the kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils. The home was very clean, and comfortable.

Overall stay was great! Very clean, the area was very quiet and a good location to downtown Moab! My ONLY issue was having a drip coffee pot available but only three pods offered and also having a drip coffeemaker and then being told the coffee is not provided?? If that’s the case, please let people know.

I loved the fenced yard and porch! It was very nice to have a nice place for my dog. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Parking was easy. There were clear instructions about the air conditioner and tv remotes. I don’t have any suggestions and really enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

We liked everything about the process and were quite impressed with the facility -- it was nicer than we expected. VERY easy check in/out and owners were awesome to work with.

The tiny home was very comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed. The hosts communicated with us through email and were very responsive and even left us home baked cookies.

Owners greeted us with a hand written letter and homemade cookies. They quickly responded to text message questions and never left us waiting. The place was super clean. Tap water was drinkable. Bed was comfy. The air conditioning kept up with 112 degree temps, which we were so thankful for! Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Loved this “tiny house” that’s a big well appointed permanent trailer. Super clean inside and we used the loft for our clothing and suitcases. Bath is tiny but the water was HOT and plentiful and there were enough towels for us for sure. Appliances all worked well. There was salt, pepper and some oil in the cabinet. We did our food shopping in Price UT at the Walmart and got everything we needed at a low cost. The food stores in Moab are BUSY and small. We slept well every night as there’s a mini split ac in the bedroom wall. The bed was a tad bit saggy in the middle and I found myself crawling to my side a couple times a night but we hiked so much that we were TIRED and it wasn’t the end of the world. We needed some toilet paper and trash bags and the owner was super quick to respond and deliver.

We had a little issue getting the check email, it they were quick to get back to us and resend the email. We somehow missed it because it didn’t come from Vrbo like we were expecting. We were able to get in there when we got there though. The house was super cute, clean and not tiny at all. The little loft was super cute although we didn’t need to use it. We didn’t use the laundry mat, but loved that it was there if we needed it. We loved how close it was to Arches National park. It took us only about 30 minutes to get to Delicate Arch for a sunrise hike. We can’t wait to stay here again.
