Stayed Oct 10, 2025The property was just ok. It smelled good due to a lot of air fresheners but you can tell it hadn't been stayed in or cleaned in a while. The major safety issue was the third bedroom with the bunk bed. Upon going to sleep on the first night my friend went through the mattress. Apparently there is only one bar across the entire bed so if you sit on the corner or just push down on the mattress with your hand you will fall through the bed to the ground. The top bunk bed was also not safe as the bar on the side could be moved and couldn't prevent you from falling over.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025Great experience. The host stopped by to drop off trash bags and she was very nice. The house had everything we needed and then some. Very clean and plenty of stuff for the kids. They loved the play set in the back yard. Nice location a few miles from 13 and a convenient location proximate to the fairgrounds. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025The house met our needs for a short stay. The appliances and air conditioning were in working order, the beds were comfortable, and the property was clean. We would have no problem staying at this property again in the future.
