Two bedrooms, plenty of room in the kitchen, excellent property and we loved walking right over to put the kayaks in at South Beach. Highly recommended and we would stay again!

The New Tiny House RV was perfect for the two of us. The RV has a downstairs room that kids would love. We will stay there again if we go back to the Keys.

The “tiny house” has been set up to make for a very comfortable stay. Everything was clean and it was well stocked. We loved the little extras that were evident in the decor. The floors look brand new and the bed was very comfortable. When we got there the air conditioner was on and the temperature was perfect. They have a nice patio outside and plenty of room for parking the car. When we reached out with a question they were quick to answer and sent us tips for enjoying our stay on the keys. We would definitely recommend this as a place to spend some time— just wish we had made it a longer stay.

This property was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect for both traveling in and around Key Largo, as well as getting onto the water for some kayaking. The campground was clean, quiet and everyone was friendly. The only thing to be aware of is the loft bed is a really tight fit, probably best for a child. The main area has a sleeping area too, but it is also small and not super comfortable. However we found it to be more than adequate for the price and enjoyed every minute we spent in Key Largo. Our goal was to SUP and kayak and the added benefit of having kayaks available saved us time and money! All in all, this property will not disappoint if you want to spend your time and money enjoying the intercoastal.

The RV was clean, the rv park was quiet. Before you book this unit, know this is in a an rv-neighborhood, permanent residential tiny homes and permanent rv's, not a campground. The ambiance is nothing like campground, but more of a permanent resident mobile home park. Although the rv is roomy, not really where it counts, like the bathroom and bed area. There is barely enough room to slide into the bed on the sides, the back wall slopes very close to your head, if you have issue with small spaces you will feel the overhead wall very close to your face. It feels like your head is tucked into a nook. And the bathroom is very very tiny. I had to step out into the dining area to dry off. I'm 4'11 & 100 lbs. After you pay all the fees associated with this rental, and they don't disclose till you press purchase, you could get a much roomier, up to date place, with a more vacation vibe than this. Bottom line is for the final price you get a very little.

This stay was wonderful. We had one small issue the first night but the owner made it a point to show up that next morning early and resolve the issue. We couldn’t thank you enough for the perfect place to stay on our first trip to the keys!! Thank you Captain!!

Everything about this place was easy! Communicating with Tony was easy and responses were prompt! The campground was clean and quiet! The pool was clean and never crowded. The trailer was quite nice and spacious. Essentials were available (towels, cookware, cold bottled water, and much needed coffee). There is a cute little patio for relaxing, and the location was convenient to the grocery store, shopping, and local attractions. We had our 2 dogs and the dog walks areas were convenient. Nothing amiss or negative with this rental!!! We hope to be back!

This was our first trip to the Keys and we stayed at Captain Anthony's for a week. The floorplan is great for a couple or a small family. Captain Anthony was very attentive, and easy to communicate with. The location is convenient and his suggestions for places to eat were very thoughtful.

Loved the camper, nicely set up, stocked, and maintained. The site had a very friendly local cat that hung around outside which was super cute. Check in was even easier than the hosts made it sound, and when we had questions, they were quick to respond. The kayaks were fun and mangroves were really beautiful. We even met some friendly neighbors at a nearby site. All in all, a great stay!

My partner and I really enjoyed being able to see the keys, and this spot was great! We got to go to the Everglades and kayak around in the hosts boats, snorkel, visit fruit stands, a turtle hospital and a bird recovery sanctuary. The neighborhood folks were friendly, it was luxurious to have a heated swimming pool and it was mostly very quiet and peaceful since there are quiet hours at the park. It was awesome to have a place to cook since I prefer home cooked meals. Really great spot, thanks so much.

We had a pleasant weekend stay at this RV. The communication with the owner was excellent, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The RV itself was very clean and well-maintained (everything worked). The location was perfect for us, with a Publix grocery store nearby for easy access to groceries. However, there were a few things that could have been improved. The kitchen amenities were lacking some basics: the pots were quite old and the only pan was nonstick with most of the coating worn off. The silverware felt cheap and easily bendable (Dollar Tree quality). There was also no colander to strain pasta, which made cooking a bit inconvenient. The toaster was another letdown – it frequently burnt our toast, as the temperature control seemed inaccurate, and we had to forcefully eject the bread to stop it from burning. A slow cooker would have been a nice addition. Additionally, the towels provided had a musty smell and could definitely use another wash. A minimum investment in updating the kitchen essentials would significantly enhance the experience. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and we would still recommend for the great location and clean RV!

great place, very peaceful and quiet there. both propane or charcoal bbq provided - very nice for us to easily cookout & sit/eat outside if you want to. pool is nice & warm, a short walk around the corner. close to publix grocery … very close to many restaurants & eating places. the hosts were very quick to respond to all our questions. extremely easy checkin. we drove more to the middle keys for snorkeling, but it was absolutely perfect for us :-) highly recommended
