Luxury 1 Bedroom RV With Private Yard in Prescott

Unwind just 7 minutes from downtown Prescott at this wonderful RV that feels more like a home. As you enter the fully fenced private yard, you will enjoy the Adirondack chairs with cushions, a tall dining table with barstools, an outdoor kitchen with sink, microwave and fridge, a small grill and two comfy chairs. As you enter into the space from one of two doors (up 3 stairs), the kitchen is to the right and up 2 additional stairs. It has a countertop bar with two chairs for dining, two largecounters for prep, oven, stove top, microwave and full residential refrigerator, The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare a gourmet meal. The sitting area features a twin recliner couch, as well as 2 additional couches. The electric fireplace is great in the winter time for stretching out on the couch and watching tv. You can also see the tv from the kitchen so the cook doesn't feel away from the action. The bedroom features a king sized bed, plenty of storage and a tv, the bathroom is right out the hallway with a toilet, sink, shower and storage. Towels and toilet paper are provided as well as soap and shampoo. Our weekend getaway is equipped with all the essentials like AC and heating, ceiling fan and Wifi. We live in the home next door but both residences are separate and private and you will only hear from us if you are in need of something, we value your privacy as well as ours. Private parking for your car is just outside the gate to your yard and we have umbrellas in the event of rain showers. Guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, knowing that everything they need is right at their fingertips. We also provide an arrival snack basket and beverages to welcome you.
