The host communicated very well and provided helpful instructions. It was a nice and cozy rental and perfect for a weekend trip near the springs. The kitchen came fully equipped and everything was clean and comfortable. The rental was decorated really nice and the location was not far from stores.

I stayed at the property with three friends while attending an event being run from a nearby campground. We were delighted to have a property that was so convenient for our needs, and could comfortably sleep us all without feeling crowded. Lots of room to relax indoors and out, and we appreciated having two full baths, and a kitchen with many appliances. The hosts are extremely easy to work with and answered questions quickly, before and during our stay. The property is a little rustic, which fits right in with the river and canal vibe, and the neighborhood was easy to navigate and felt very safe for four senior women.

When I booked, there wasn’t a picture of the neighborhood. I know why, it’s because the neighborhood is trashy and uncomfortable.The owner seemed nice, and did a nice job of cleaning the interior. We won’t be booking this property again.
