I reached out to the host the day before arrival to get the lock code. The code and details he provided, including parking information, turned out to be incorrect. There was no mention that we needed to use the code in the lockbox instead of the pin pad. When we arrived, we couldn’t get in and were standing outside in the rain, calling repeatedly until we finally received a call back with the correct code though still no instructions on how to open the lockbox. We were then sent a text with a blurry photo of the lockbox and told to go to the property manager’s trailer, along with a map. When we got there, there was no car in the designated space, and we felt uncomfortable knocking on someone’s trailer in the freezing rain. We ultimately had to look up a YouTube video to figure out how to open the lockbox ourselves. The whole experience was frustrating, and once we finally got inside, I noticed a pair of black underwear in the corner by the mirror that were definitely not ours, and we hadn’t even set our things down yet. This made me question whether the place had been properly cleaned. The trailer itself was fine otherwise, but the issues made the stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.

The room was clean and accessible. I enjoyed the amenities and my dog loved the little dog park in the facility.
