Great peaceful getaway — even better in warm weather!I stayed at Adam’s property over Thanksgiving with my dog, and Adam was a wonderful host. He communicated quickly and was very helpful throughout the stay. The grounds were beautiful, clean, and peaceful, and the chickens were a fun and quiet surprise. (Fresh eggs in the morning would be an awesome future bonus! )The outdoor amenities — fire pit, outdoor shower, jacuzzi, and relaxing seating areas — all looked amazing, but unfortunately the cold weather kept us from enjoying them. I’m sure this property truly shines during the warmer months. The camper itself was very clean, and although the indoor bathroom and shower were definitely an experience, it was manageable. It was chilly at times, but the electric heaters provided did help keep us warm.Overall, a good and unique glamping experience with gorgeous views and a quiet location. I would recommend staying here, especially in spring or summer to take full advantage of everything offered. Thanks, Adam

My husband and I rented this little place to just get away for our anniversary. We love to fish so we were outside by the canal most of the time. The sunrises and sunsets are GORGEOUS. The camper is clean and neat and was all we needed! If there is a breeze there are no mosquitoes so just being a little bug spray. However, there are tiki torches with citronella that help. Adam is very responsive and is a wonderful host. The neighborhood is quiet. There are also some chickens there and I absolutely loved seeing them every day!! It’s close to Harkers Island and there are a LOT of places to sit and fish and put your boat in. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Loved the neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. Adam was great. Very polite, professional and attentive of our needs. The property was great and place was clean and well kept. Very cute. Loved the fire pit and the location. My partner and I had the best time here. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. When we needed propane for the grill, he was there in less than 5 minutes. 5 stars all around !

My wife and I plan a getaway each year for our birthday week (mine July 8th, wife's July 9th). We had plans for Cape Lookout, Sand Dollar Island and Fort Macon. This unit was a great location close to all.

There are lots of things to do near here, but at the beginning and end of each day we looked forward to just sitting on the deck with coffee or a drink and enjoying the vast unspoiled views across the salt marsh. The sunrises over the North River are sublime. Fish jump in the canal and fiddler crabs line the banks, so egrets, Ibis, and other shore birds are plentiful. This is a special location, and the tropical style of the trailer fits well. We really enjoyed our stay!.

We had a great time at Adam’s place! It was a charming adventure the sunrise views, the chickens, the kayaks and paddle boards, the wildlife. It truly is a wonderful place for the outdoors enthusiasts. My husband and I came for our 20th anniversary and we had a great time bonding in this sweet rustic camper oasis. The fire pit and bocce ball set were a lot of fun as well. The art work and decor inside were on point and amazing my favorite was the red drum painting. One of my favorite fish! I wouldn’t mind coming back with the kids and having them camp in our tent. Thanks Again ADAM!

This was such a cute nice little spot on a super private road no traffic at all it was SO much closer to the water than I realized the camper it self was really cute and clean. The couch was a little uncomfortable but we didn’t spend much time on it. We took the kayaks out and fished in the water nearby it was so beautiful there and one of the best sunrises I’d ever seen! I loved it and I’ll be back for sure!

It was a nice stay at this place. There are few minor things like the electric breaker can't handle microwave. So microwave stopped working frequently.

Once I was able to relax from the worries of the world, I really enjoyed myself! Adam’s camper is a fun spot in the midst of the authentic, everyday life of Beaufort, tides and all. Adam is very responsive should you have questions, and the details of the property are wonderful, including a very hot hot tub, hammock and fire pit that’s ready to go. It’s camping with comfort!

This camper is the perfect getaway! My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights and we couldn’t ask for a better stay! The view is beautiful, looks like it came out of a magazine. There was a tropical storm came through during our stay and the camper did not even move, it was sturdy. The inside stove did not work but the grill outside worked perfect! All other appliances work as they should. The bed is comfortable! The outside shower was incredible! The inside shower was also good, small but expected. We loved the chickens, it felt like home. The fishing was good in the river. We did hang up black cheap blankets for some more privacy. The location is perfect! We didn’t have to travel more than 30 minutes to get to anything! Town is 10 minutes away and the people in Beaufort is wonderful people! I just can’t say enough about how much we loved this place and the location of it. I would 10/10 recommend to our friends and family! We even recommended this place when we were just out and about.

Wonderful stay! Adam responded to messages promptly before our stay. Property is picturesque. River is peaceful, spent lots of time enjoying it w our dog. Lots of wildlife to see. Check in instructions were minimal & no check out instructions. I prefer more details for check in&out. Made sure to be extra thorough when leaving! Fire pit was great. Lighter provided was dead so we had to get creative. Chicken coop is not noted in the listing. Rooster is an early riser. Someone comes daily to feed them. Kayaks were dirty and filled with water. We cleaned them out. Store them upside down so they don’t fill up. Attempted 2 hoses on the property to clean kayaks & bathe our dog after beach but hoses are collapsible type & water ran through the fabric. Check the tides for kayaking. low tide drains the river almost completely. Water pressure in the showers aren’t great. Indoor was minimal so we used the outdoor only.Plenty of towels provided! Outdoor shower curtains could use weights or Velcro so they don’t fly open while you’re in there. The living area is great, everything you need in a small space. 2 night stand fans & 1 stand up fan. Bedroom doesn’t benefit much from AC. Blinds let a lot of light in the mornings & inside visible at night when the lights are on. We were able to cover the bedroom windows with towels. We fit a 36x22x24 dog crate. They provide broom and swiffer mop for tidying. Overall, no large issues. Just sharing our full experience w/ detail. Would 100% come back
