The Cozy RV is located on our private property about 4-6 minutes from SFA University, Downtown, Museums, Parks. Trails and about 20 min from Lake Nacogdoches! The comfy queen bed sleeps 2 in the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The cabinet has a few extra things you may have forgotten. There is also a hairdryer for your use while staying.

The cabinets outside of the bathroom have towels , wash cloths etc. There is a kitchen table with 4chairs. The refrigerator contains bottled water, and a few sodas. There are complimentary snacks on the table. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with plates. cups, bowls, silverware, cookware, cooking utensils etc,. Enjoy watching Tv or reading on the sofa or in one of the two recliners! There is a picnic table outside on the patio along with a little table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Short or long stays welcome! Very quiet!

If you want a comfortable and relaxing place to wax away hours enjoying peace and quiet, this is the place to stay. It is very close to any Nacogdoches action you may be in search of. I would stay here again, if circumstances were to repeat themselves.

Diane and Larry are wonderful hosts who bend over backward to meet every need of their guests and make them feel welcome. I plan to book a stay on their property the next time I am in Nacogdoches.

Enjoyed our stay! Absolutely loved sitting in the chairs in front of the fire. This was a fifth wheel and it slipped myself and my husband perfectly. We enjoyed the quiet stay and the pretty surroundings!
