Looking for a unique camping experience without the large crowds of a conventional campground Look no further! This single camping space is nestled in the north woods of Grayling on the banks of the AuSable River. This site is located just above the Holy Waters world renowned for its trout fishing . With over 1000 feet of river frontage all to yourself, your days can be spent fly fishing, kayaking, swimming, tubing, or just relaxing on the river bank. If you're looking to explore, shop, or get a bite to eat you can take a short (less than 5 minute) drive into town where you can enjoy some of our local restaurants and breweries, Paddle Hard Brew, Dead Bear Brew, and Grayling restaurant, to name a few. Be sure to indulge in some downtown shopping! Some of our favorites include, The Old Lumberyard Shoppes, Tip'n The Mitten, and North Country Corner. If you're looking to stay in nature Hartwick Pines State park is short drive away for a beautiful walk through the old growth forest.

It was a great spot, on the river, close to town. There was plenty of firewood, a grill, and plenty of peace and quiet. Awesome stay

The property was beautiful and serene, you can hear traffic on I75 but it didn’t matter. Loved being close to the river. The camper was clean and had everything you needed. We enjoyed our stay! We will be back!

We had a great time relaxing for the weekend on this perfect spot on the Au Sable. All the fun of camping with the ease and comfort of a RV. The camper is very clean and the generator is easy to use. The river is crystal clear and accessible for swimming right in front of the property. There is also a nice shallow area to put chairs in and sit with your feet in the water. Lots of friendly kayakers and tubers passing by through out the day and quiet peaceful sounds of nature in the evening by the fire. We can’t wait to come back.

It was just what we were looking for. Beautiful view of the river and nice fire pit with wood provided. Two kayaks also provided. It was a beautiful float down to Burton's Landing as long as you have a way to transport them back to the campsite. Wasn't sure about relying on a generator and battery power, but it was very easy to start and ran quietly. Overall we had a very relaxing couple of days.
