With a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, you can enjoy your meals with family and friends - maybe even your catch of the day! The large open concept living area comes with a smart TV with your favorite streaming services (don't forget to log out before leaving!).

Outdoors, you can enjoy the island breeze while watching the sunrise out on the front porch on the lounge chairs. Afterwards, you can opt to relax and get your Florida tan on one of our 5 beach chairs. Then you are hungry, you can grill on the gas bbq outside and watch the sunset with your preferred cocktail.

For fishing lovers the property offers a total of 22 feet of dockage.

Please make sure the measurements cannot exceed 22 feet starting from the bow to the propellers. NO EXCEPTIONS.

RVS or motorhomes allowed on property, but not used for sleeping. Please let us know before, there is a fee of $60.00 per night.

Parking room for 4 vehicles and 1 trailer. Launch your boat from nearby Grassy Key Marina (Gulf side). Confirm fee with marina.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 30lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Vrbo ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 1. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

The road next to us, when the shed ends you cannot enter because it is a private street that belongs to the owners who live on that street facing the ocean. Do not go onto this road as it is considered trespassing.
