Stayed Jul 31, 2025The Blue Damsel is exactly what I've dreamed of when thinking of a Montana fishing trip. The lodge is incredible, with unique architectural details throughout, a huge, and well equipped, chef's kitchen, and plenty of comfortable rooms and bathrooms throughout. The property itself is equally as amazing and perfect. Big, open lawn spaces provided room for fun daytime activities, and star gazing at night. The beautiful trees framed the lodge perfectly, and the proximity to the river was great. We explored up and down 30 or so miles of Rock Creek, and may not have found a better stretch of river than what was right in front and just down from the cabin. This was the perfect place for a big group. I can't recommend the Blue Damsel highly enough!

Stayed Aug 21, 2024We chose to combine a friend reunion, fly fishing trip and Pearl Jam concert into one epic vacation on Rock Creek. The Blue Damsel was the perfect destination. Tucked away in the Saphire Mountains we had all the seclusion and privacy we wanted.The fishing was great and the accommodation were excellent.
