Welcome to Black Bear Lodge, a beautifully renovated lakefront retreat designed for unforgettable gatherings. This spacious home offers 4 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, two bonus bunk rooms, and an additional bonus room with two twin beds—perfect for large families or groups seeking comfort and style.

Inside, the lodge blends modern updates with classic mountain character. The main living area features vaulted wood ceilings, a large brick fireplace, and plush seating arranged for relaxation and conversation. Stylish decor, curated artwork, and thoughtful details create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The fully updated kitchen includes rich green cabinetry, ample workspace, and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

Each bedroom is tastefully furnished with serene color palettes and comfortable bedding, and all sleeping spaces throughout the home include Smart TVs to provide easy entertainment for everyone. Multiple living areas ensure plenty of room to unwind, play, and gather.

Step outside to discover the lodge’s most captivating feature: an expansive stone patio overlooking the water. Enjoy outdoor dining at the large teak table, relax by the covered stone fireplace, or lounge in one of the many seating areas as you take in views of the lake. The level, manicured lawn leads to the private shoreline and boathouse, offering space for lakeside fun, sunbathing, swimming, or kayaking.

A private putting green adds a playful touch to the property, making it easy to practice your short game between dips in the lake. With thoughtful landscaping, shaded seating areas, and postcard-worthy water views, the outdoor living experience is truly exceptional.

Whether you’re gathering with family, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking to slow down by the water, Black Bear Lodge offers the perfect blend of comfort, recreation, and mountain-lake charm. This is a home designed for making memories—relax, explore, and enjoy an extraordinary escape on the shores of Lake Toxaway.
