Mountain Season Lodge

Such a perfect spot for our group of 8 adults and 2 puppers! The house was so well stocked with everything we needed--from cooking an elaborate NYE meal, to enjoying the hot tub, to comfy linens for solid nights of sleep. If we ever venture to WG again, we surely will be back to enjoy this house!

We had a great stay. Stephanie was quick to respond to all of our questions and requests. The house was very well furnished and convenient to the resort.

This is our third stay at this marvelous property. It is always very clean and in great repair. Plenty of room for our extended family. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped. Hot tub and ping-pong table were big hits with the family. On-demand water heater is great for the 11 guests we had in the house. Plenty of seasoned firewood for the fireplace. The house is on the west side of the resort with great views of sunsets and deer walking through in the morning and at dusk. Mountain Season Lodge is very quiet, but still very close to walking trails and the aquatics and fitness center and a quick drive to the lodge and ski facilities.Stephani is incredible and the best host we have ever worked with. She is easy to get in touch with, very responsive, helpful and accommodating.We cannot say enough positive things about Mountain Season Lodge. If you have a large group coming to Wintergreen, this is the place to stay.

Stephanie was a wonderful host. She was ver responsive in communication and very easy to work with. Her home was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful girls getaway. Thank you! We will stay again!

Property was as advertised. Nice location to many hiking trails and wineries. Great space for groups to hang out. The spa was fantastic too. The communications with the host was thorough and timely.

We had a wonderful time. As 3 families who love to vacation together, this house was a perfect fit. It was well stocked, had clear communication and a fantastic layout for multiple families with kids. We would absolutely recommend and hope to be back soon.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The house layout is great for a large group, with plenty of gathering space, but also privacy. The hot tub is large and a great addition to the deck. The house is well-supplied with the basics, and very clean.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family gathering over the 4th of July weekend. Very clean and had all amenities we could have needed. Plenty of space for our large family to eat meals together, play games and fellowship. We enjoyed the proximity to hiking, waterfalls, breweries and fireworks! There was something for everyone. Looking forward to staying here again during ski season!!

Owner was responsive and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped. The fire pit and hot tub on the back deck are nice amenities. The ping pong table is in good condition and equipped with paddles and balls. The great room is open, airy, and inviting. The one drawback was that the decks are in need of refinishing.

We have a weekend with friends and golf every year. The cabin was very nice and we are looking forward to staying there next year and many years to come hopefully.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Season Lodge. We were three families (with kids ranging from 4-14 years old). The beds were very comfortable and the house was stocked with everything one could need-coffee, spices, shampoo and conditioner, towels for the hot tub, laundry and dish detergent, even extra cold weather gear, and so many games! We had a fire in the fire place each night, cooked meals for all of us, and enjoyed the convenience and location. Would definitely stay here again!!

This house was seriously so wonderful!Two things we always look for when choosing a rental house are a real wood fireplace (check) and hottub (check) - which this rental had both! The home was well stocked with anything you could need for the weekend (even including a crock pot!), it was cozy and had a wonderful great room where everyone could gather and enjoy.The table - which is HUGE - was able to fit all of my family and we were able to eat together.I would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed at Mountain Season Lodge for Thanksgiving with our extended family - children and their spouses and grandkids. It is an absolutely awesome property; the best VRBO rental we have ever been in, by far. Well-maintained, clean, comfortable beds and great kitchen, as well as plenty of space for a large group. A couple of really nice aspects are the tankless water heater so you never run out of hot water and the an ample supply of seasoned and split firewood for the upstairs fireplace. Stephani is a fantastic host - communicative and responsive. We will definitely be back. She and the Mountain Season Lodge deserve a lot more than five stars.

The house was a great location for our annual fall trip with friends. Easily accommodated our large group and had everything we needed stocked in the house (towels, linens, pots/pans/grilling tools, and cleaning supplies). One of the largest and nicest hot tubs we have seen in a rental.. Would stay here again.

Our family loved staying at this home. It was clean, and beautiful, and just perfect for all our family. We’ve stayed in Wintergreen before, but never this home. Would stay again!

This house was great for our family of 13. There was plenty to do in the house for the kids in the basement while the adults enjoyed the upstairs. The communication with the owner was quick and she even registered us ahead of time for the pool in the resort. We enjoyed the mountain and forest views from the house and even saw a bear walking through the neighborhood a couple of times.

The house was beautiful! Very clean. Everything was as advertised. Owner was easy to contact and she got back to us with our questions very quickly.
