Stayed Mar 12, 2026Our group of friends (6 couples) visited for a long weekend to visit local historic sites, wineries and breweries nearby and to take in the beautiful scenery around Charlottesville. This house did not disappoint. The house itself was well appointed, with all our needs and more, and the property was beautiful. The large dining table was perfect for our group of 12 for meals and games. We cooked at the outdoor kitchen, and enjoyed the fire pit and sunset views. If the weather had been a bit warmer we would have spent all our time outdoors hanging at the outdoor bar, kitchen and pool, and just taking in the views. The property manager was very attentive and helpful in recommending nearby hiking; our walk along the road nearby was beautiful and had a few hills, and we only saw 1 or 2 cars. This is a fabulous place to stay, especially if you have a large group.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was spotless, well equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect… Peaceful and serene. We especially loved the outdoor space which had a kitchen and a pool. We had eight grandchildren with us that said it was the best vacation yet. Randy the host was responsive and made check in easy. We definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway
