Perfect family retreat! This house is amazing! It had everything we needed and more. It is set up to handle large groups with comfort and ease. It has all the comforts of home, away from home making our families time together relaxing and enjoyable. The teenagers were entertained in the game/theater room. The adults soaked in the quiet evening on the spacious decks. The open spaces on the main level were amazingly large with plenty of seating. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the inviting atmosphere of this comfortable cabin. Thanks for a great stay and hope we get the chance to stay again.

The Red Roof Pines Lodge offers some of the best amenities in Show Low and is conveniently located near the top restaurants, parks, trails, lakes, and only 45 minutes to Sunrise Ski Resort. 5,000 sq ft, 6 bd, 4 ba, game room, 18 beds with 24 sleeping capacity. This new estate includes a blend of modern and rustic design and has pine tree views from every room in the house. This professionally furnished home provides the setting for lasting memories. At Red Roof Pines Lodge, you are exactly where you need to be.

THE LODGE
Our custom built lodge is centrally located in Show Low and close to all of the top restaurants and shopping that our town offers but far enough away to feel that you are in a secluded forest. The property is deep in the Ponderosa pines where there are views of pine trees from every window as if you are in a tree house.
There is plenty of space for 3 to 4 families to comfortably stay with beds, bathrooms, and TV's on all 3 levels, including a large kitchen on the main level and a kitchenette at the lower level. As seen in the pictures, the lodge has many stairs. A family pet may be approved, see below for details.

LUXURY & CLEANLINESS
Provided at the lodge are new furnishings, new hybrid mattresses (very supportive & comfortable), and hypoallergenic mattress & pillow protectors.
All natural soaps, shampoo's, conditioner, detergents, and cleaners.
Plenty of extra towels, washcloths, pillows, blankets, and more are also available on each level.
Two brand new tankless water heaters have been installed so that all guests have plenty of hot water.

Beautiful home, well stocked, responsive hosts, will be back! Our group of friends and family have travelled every winter to the snow for the last 15 years. This home was definitely top of our list. The lodge is exactly as described, we hated to leave. When we had a questions, Terry was quick to answer and very helpful. The owner sent us delicious cookies. Can't wait to come back.

PETS
We have recently allowed the option to request to bring a family pet. Prior approval required.
Fees apply as additional detailed cleaning, sanitizing, and full inspection will be performed.
This is a luxury vacation home but we will consider approval for one family dog under 30 pounds to stay in the lower level. You will receive more details if a pet (family dog) is requested with your stay.
Cleaning fee is $75 per night or $200 for three nights. The lodge will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected after each stay.


LIVING SPACE
There are three living areas, family and living room on the main level with 75 and 50 LED smart TV's, and downstairs living area with a 65 LED smart TV.


WORK SPACE
There are three desks, one executive desk, and chairs provided throughout. Included is cable high speed internet with Wi-Fi 6 and two routers allowing a fast connection for everyone on every level.


MAIN LEVEL
On the main level is a large kitchen, two dining areas, living room, family room, and a full bathroom. There are two pull out queen sofas in the living room.


KITCHEN
The kitchen is large, very open, and fully stocked with cookware, pots, pans, griddle, Keurig coffee maker, K-cups, dishes, silverware, spices, toaster, microwave, oven, and more. We have two dining tables and a large granite island that comfortably seats 20.


TOP LEVEL
Located at the top of the lodge is a large open loft or office (executive desk), master bedroom suite, three bedrooms, full guest bathroom, and laundry.


LOWER LEVEL
There's two bedrooms, full bathroom w/ tub & shower), kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, cups, dishes, Keurig coffee maker), laundry, living room and a 65 TV.


GARAGE
Enjoy a 120 movie screen and more in the game and theater room. There are two additional beds (pine log bunk & futon), foosball, air hockey, and ping pong.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• We request no more than 5 cars at the house at any time, prior approval required if there will be more
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (prior approval for special request)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (prior approval required for special request)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets may be allowed with exceptions (nightly pet fees apply)
